Best Western Plus Montezuma Inn And Suites

The rooms & shared spaces were all clean. The breakfast was a full breakfast & was delicious. The pool & hot tub were clean & very nice. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of bedding & spare bedding in the closet. The closet was huge, with a full ironing board & iron. Large clean, mini fridge, coffee maker, & microwave. Flat screen tvs with cable. All common areas were clean. About the only minor inconvenience was the elevator, & hallways were very hot & the blow dryer in the room was older & did not work well. The air conditioning inside the rooms worked very well though & the bathroom was clean, spacious & very nice.

Good hotel buffet breakfast. Great linens, towels, and other room amenities. We had not stayed in a Best Western before and now will look for same when we travel.

Not convenient to historic Las Vegas, however, we'd been here several times before and were aware of the hotel location. It was convenient for passing through.

Location was ideal. Breakfast and the lady running it was outstanding. Elevator was never a problem and getting a cart was not a problem.

I asked for two rooms, several months ago, to be reasonably close together. One on the second floor and one on the third floor didn’t fit the bill. I get it if I just pulled in, but I reserved several months ago and paid in advance.

Everything! Wonderful staff, clean lobby, very clean and super comfortable rooms! Everyone was awesome and very helpful and hospitable. The room was big, clean and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! It's a quiet location, close enough to plenty of restaurants, gas stations, etc. The pool and hot tub were also clean and very nice. Definitely the nicest place to stay in Las Vegas. We look f orward to staying again!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything was great, from how clean the room was and the comfort of the bed. The individual that served us breakfast on the last day was very friendly and had the best customer service.

Your front desk staff didn't really know about how the rewards worked as we mentioned it was sent to us by email and was on the web. The view from our room was the portal in front of the building, which was a disappointment. Also, we were in a handicap room and we asked to be next to my sister's room.

Rooms and bathroom were spacious, clean, well lit and comfortable. The disposable coffee tray and single cup percolating was a good idea and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast burritos to be picked up from front desk were mentioned at check in but none available during breakfast period next morning. Choices offered was muffin or yoghurt. Room had only 4 decaf coffee packets. (Probably an error, as the front office staff mentioned they always have both types in each room). Regular coffee packets and ready made coffee were available at the front desk.

Staff was amazing.

The pool was open and then all of a sudden it was closed down with no explanation at all. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. It had hair in the tub and sink.

Super comfortable beds. The room was decent size as was the bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was great.

The hot tub looked cloudy and yellow, so we did not use it.

The breakfast was great the staff was all very nice and made us feel welcome.

The weight room didn’t have a complete set of dumbbells and there was no cleaner to wipe down the equipment after use.

Bed and linens clean and comfortable...room clean....all good

Carpets in floor hallways were very dirty..floor 2 and 3. Need carpet cleaning . Please be sure remote control cleaned. Please upgrade breakfast food quality. Bagels please...bananas please , yogurt, lo fat milk and toast. Thank you.
