The floor have cereal on the floor where the didn't vacuum good. There was a spot in the wall by the door where someone had spilled something. The housekeeper didn't come in and refresh the room while I was out. I needed new wash clothes . Was told to go to the front desk

The staff was great clean facilities , laundry room was greatly priced

Not so much didn’t like but they don’t bring you the towels n stuff u have to ask and go to the lobby to get them at times but they was really nice about it

The location and the lay out of the room.

The pool was understandably closed but it had dirty water . Was not a good look. That pool should’ve been drain and/or the water should’ve still been clean. My room had a couple issues ..there was a sizable stain/burn mark on the carpet and that area should’ve been replaced. And a sizable tear/mark/ in the ceiling rite above the tv. More attention must be paid to the rooms and the facility. And the staff must report issues and management must be pro active in addressing them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was on a budget and I felt like I got a great value... No regrets booking at all! Everything was clean... The lighting could've been berry on the room for my pics haha! But that's pretty trivial . I'm very glad I booked here and would definitely recommend

The Hotel was very clean from the lobby to our room. I booked a king suite for my husbands birthday and everything was wonderful. The room had a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the dishes and utensils were provided and we had a sofa and a computer desk. The entire staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping centers. We made reservations at Ruth Chris Steak house, the restaurant was very nice. The food was delicious and they have a large selection of wines & beers. I will definitely come back to stay!

Due to Covid the pool was closed and the breakfast was also small due to Covid. They served Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, coffee, bottled water, yogurt, and oranges. I’m not a big breakfast person so the coffee and yogurt was good for me.

The local, size of rooms and comfortable bed.

Couldn't sit outside and use firepit. reason given was due to Covid-19. However, that didn't stop people from still sitting outside on the property smoking weed. Fairmont hotel with Marriott across the parking lot firepit was in use and guests from the Hilton walked over to the hotel to enjoy their firepit. Not enough towels in room, and I rather not have breakfast included in a room rate because it wasn't really a breakfast. I was fine ordering from ihop around the corner and picking it up to have breakfast.

The size of the room. Staff were very professional and very personable and very helpful.

Breakfast! You definitely need to get a new brand of coffee. Breakfast could use an upgrade. I went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and donuts for my breakfast.

great location. large room. nice shower. good breakfast. nice gym.

a lot of stuff was out: no shower gel/shampoo in our shower, tried to do laundry but they were out of detergent to buy. the indoor pool was frigid

The staff, the location, and the staff. They are amazing. Best people I've met in the hotel business.

The pool should be heated or something. It's super cold. Really only complaint this time around... Maybe a later breakfast.

The facility was very nice, actually just as depicted online. With the exception of a snafu with my bill, my staycation was enjoyable! I will likely do other staycations there, it was quiet, clean and staff was accommodating.

No dislikes at all.
