Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte-Concord-I-85, an IHG Hotel

The location was excellent! The hotel is just off of Interstate 85 and directly across the bridge from Concord Mills and a variety of restaurants and other shopping options! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were some of the best I have every slept on while traveling! We also loved the high water pressure in the shower and the complimentary Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as Dove body soap! Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked with hot and cold items. Overall a great experience.

Some of the front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times, but others were great.

Absolutely loved the shower. It's one of the first things I rate on. Great water pressure. Shower gets and A+. Towels only a B+, but still better than average. And the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Hot and plentiful.

Thicker towels. The beds are too high to comfortably climb into, at least for older folks. But it was very comfy. I would have liked small bottles of water for breakfast rather than water from the juice dispenser.

Cleanliness, professional staff, staff helpful

Cleaning lady knocked on my door at 9am and said checkout was at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00which I thought was odd that there would be 3 different checkout times. I recall at checkin I was told that checkout was at 11. After speaking to cleaning lady about checkout time I called the front desk and they confirmed that checkout was at 11:00am. I only had 1 wash cloth in my room. I asked the cleaning lady for another one and she told me she only had towels no wash clothes.

clean and well maintained; staff answered questions that I had and we arrived later so having a staff member there to greet us was very nice.

There were teens in the parking lot with cops around 1ish in the morning. We have a nice car that we worried about being broken into or vandalized, but thankfully it wasn’t. This is nothing against the hotel, just the city area that we were in. We did feel safe inside the hotel.

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, I particularly liked the blinds that completely shut out the outside light!

AC machine was rather noisy and probably needs upgrading. Breakfast while fine was also limited. Swimming pool was closed for a reason I don’t know.

this stay was great. If you love to shop then this is the place for you anything you could want to shop for or eat is within 5 minutes or less. we went to a concert at PNC and this location was great for that as well. the staff was so nice and room was great. the whole hotel smells good and clean. i recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon!

Staff was amazing. Todd was friendly, courteous and even printed directions to a local restaurant he liked. When I couldn't find a luggage cart, the young lady at the front desk told me she would bring one to my room, and she did. It was the kind of experience you always hope for, but rarely ever get. Thank you

The room was awesome, clean and well kept.The bed was amazing!!! Itwas nice and soft and comfortable. I sunk right in. Honestly the best sleep I've had in a while.

The only issue I had was that the toilet kept making noise and the room next to me the people were a little loud when closing their door.

The location was easy to access from the main drag and there were plenty of restaurants to walk to from the hotel location.

My partner wasn't impressed with the food selection for breakfast but we understand the "grab&go" philosophy to prevent spread of Covid-19.

The breakfast was great. The older lady that was working on Monday morning was delightful and very helpful. She is the true meaning of Southern hospitality.

Everything was great.
