Tucked away in the middle of town, to can walk to everything and we did, we parked the bikes and didn't start them again until left. We met David the owner as he was bringing fire wood for the creekside fire pit... He asked us and our neighbors how were things.. Was very polite and accommodating... We normally camp but anytime we are not we will definitely stay here again...

That were couldn't stay longer.

Being in such a remote location where everything closes so early, the rooms surely need Microwaves. That was our one and ONLY discomfort. 🥂

I loved the location and our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and the bathroom and shower were super nice.

This motel doesn't have wifi. They say you can use "Hot Springs City Wifi" but everyone in town knows that that wifi is worthless. A 2 bedroom suite was over $170 and I think for that price decent wifi could be provided. Also, there is a large wasp nest in the front of the building. It should be moved or destroyed.

Fantastic place to breathe deeply and just get away. Jay was extremely accommodating and our hideaway was perfect for a space to relax and unwind. Between the nearby mountain hikes, natural hot tubs, and this perfect hideaway - we could not have asked for a more perfect stay.

EVERYTHING! The location was right downtown, it was on a creek, they had a little sitting area with a little fire pit and a BBQ Grill. It was clean and very simply decorated, but cute. I didn’t meet him in person but, Jay the guy who runs the place is so Friendly, made me feel like an old friend when I talked to him.

The bed was a little too hard but the pillows were soft.

It was a beautiful spot, *right* on the Apilation trail. The town was beautiful and the people, very friendly.

Google took us on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find it. It's actually right in the town of Hot Springs, not across the river and two miles up the road.

Awesome location within walking distance of everything. We loved relaxing by the creek after our excursions. Loved the nearby live music that we could hear from the parking lot..The staff was very helpful.

We had a great stay and plan to return!

How great to listen to a gurgling stream than trucks flying by on the highway. How exceptional to sit by the fire pit at night to chat and spend time outdoors instead of a stuffy hotel room. We travel through Ashville 6 times or more a year and will make this a definite stop over. The bonus is the hiking available, bars, restaurants and just being on the Appellation Trail was an added bonus.

The location of the inn is perfect and the rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable too. But our favorite part about the inn was the owners and staff. They truly made us feel like part of the family and offered many suggestions of places to see and things to do.

The only downside was that their restaurant was only open Fri-Sun and we left on Friday...but we totally understand the compromised hours due to COVID. The owners did offer coffee and the use of their patio, even when not open. We came back Friday on our way out, just to eat at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. Great menu and even better people!

Jay was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our car broke down during our stay, and he allowed us a late check-out and was so kind. The location was perfect and walking distance to just about everything in Hot Springs, including a lovely quick hike. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy and had a great view of the water. Everything about Creek Water Inn is just delightful!
