Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bismarck, an IHG Hotel

So we had ended up switching to this hotel very last minute. It was late and the lady that was working helped us get our suitcases to our room because we had two very tired kiddos. I loved how comfy the beds were and the double Queen suite was so spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff was amazing and super friendly to my family and I. Everything was so clean! They made sure to let me know if I needed anything to not hesitate to ask.

Breakfast was great. Loved the soy and almond milk options. They did a great job with managing covid precautions with the breakfast set up. Staff super nice and helpful! Nice fitness center too!

I like this hotel and stay here frequently. Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly. Unlike other hotels i have stayed in this facility is always quiet. This is my preferred hotel in Bismarck.

This is not directed at the hotel but more at booking.com. i checked out a day early as a surgery i was having was postponed. I would like to be refunded for the final night of my stay which i am finding very difficult to do. I was told by the manager on duty that since i reserved through Booking.com the refund would come from them rather than the facility.

Very Clean facility, wonderful beds and bedding, great shower, one of the best breakfast bars I have ever eaten at. Location is great.

When I arrived at the location ALL of the exterior lighting was turned off. I almost missed finding the hotel. It was dark outside when I arrived so it was hard to unload and gather up my belongings to take them inside. Obviously, this lack of lighting was attributed to exterior lighting controls. This should be addressed.

Had trouble checking in. Neither credit card reader would read any of my cards and they don't take cash. Finally had to ask the lady to run it on her side and had no issue then. Other than that, it is a great establishment and place to stay.

Great location. The breakfast had tons of options. The place was very clean, as were the rooms. Pillows were super fluffy and soft.

The beds were super firm so my back was so sore the next morning. This is obviously a preference with people. The beds weren’t broke down just very firm.

Great suite for 6 people. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool. Extremely clean and modern.

I was unsure what the bed situation was when I booked. It said for 6 people but only stated that it had 2 queen beds. It said nothing about the pull out couch.

Breakfast was good room was spacious and clean bed was comfortable. My husband left an article of clothing behind when we discovered it we were 10 hours away. I called they found the item and I provided a shipping label and they sent the item to us which I am very grateful for.

Everything was great

The size and comfort of the room was amazing. Even during the whole pandemic, what was served for the breakfast was wonderful. The location of the hotel itself was really nice to being basically in the center of Bismarck. No matter which way you go there’s always something around.

I can honestly say there was nothing that I didn’t like. I was thoroughly pleased with everything, from the room itself, the helpfulness of the staff, the amenities, and the location of the hotel. I wouldn’t change a thing.

The staff was incredible and seemed happy and well paid. That matters to me

I would have enjoyed more variety of gluten free baked goods, but I was super happy they had muffins.
