Baymont by Wyndham Mandan Bismarck Area

We usually choose the Baymont because of its close proximity to a family member's house and the kiddos love the pool area. We also enjoy the bar and the hot tub. Parking is ample here.

The hallways and entries of this place need some TLC. It seem run down, and it definitely dirty looking upon first look. The rooms however are kept clean, which is something we have come to expect. The continental breakfast has been lacking lately. I expect that this place is short of help like every other business. Being a business owner myself, I have a pretty good understanding of this.

Everyone was nice and accommodating without being nosy.

I would like to recommend that at least one of the lamps in the room have a "dimmer" switch. Also, slightly larger waste cans would be good. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING RECYCLING RECEPTACLES IN EACH ROOM. IF THE FACILITY IS NOT RECYCLING, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STARTING.

the room was a nice size, the jetted tub was very nice and plenty of room for 2 large adults. pool area was good for the ages of our grandchildren

the bed had 4 small pillows so I had to ask for more. the decor is a little outdated but the place was clean.

Kids loved the pool. Spent most of our time in the pool area. Room was comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have had more options. Pillows could have been more comfortable. Hot tub jets weren't working

The bath tub was not at all appealing. The bottom looked dirty because of the old nonslip. It did not drain. While taking a shower you would stand in ankle deep water. Yes we did have the drain open. It took a long time for the water in the tub to drain after the shower.

The room was neat and clean . The staff was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of food. The bed was very comfortable. The interior of the building was also neat and clean . I would stay there again.

It’s an older building. Room has popcorn ceiling. The pillows are small , old & worn out. The bed was fine very comfortable. Outside the number 1 door was a half smoked cigar and some trash had gotten through the outside door into a small vestibule

The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff were pleasant.

The common areas (hallways and elevators) were very dirty. There was only one ice machine working.

Plenty of space in the room and nice location with gas stations around. Breakfast and coffee was a plus

The bathroom was not very clean, toilet seat hinges look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time and a bunch of dirt in the corners. It was like using a public restroom, kind of gross.

I love the location. I really enjoy their breakfast specially when they got what my kids love ( scrambled eggs & sausage + the waffle makers ) if anything they should put a third one out when its really busy. Its my go to hotel when i go to ND .

When i was trying to reserve a room it was at a great price then it said they were having technical difficulties so i refresh the page and went to book the room and it was a different price. So that sucked.

We loved the comfortable beds. The room was cozy and warm. We loved having a pool to play in. The water tunnel slide was fantastic! Breakfast was a pleasant spread of different delectables, it was amazingly hot and delicious! Just what we needed on a cold North Dakota morning.

This stay didn't disappoint.
