Best Western Falcon Plaza

Breakfast was awesome! Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, 2 kinds of waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit cups, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, coffee with lots of available flavorings, 4 kinds of juices, sometimes biscuits and gravy, etc., etc. Room had lots of outlets for electronics, 3 table lamps with 2 outlets each, clock had 2 USB ports, plus wall outlets. WiFi was secured, which is unusual but welcome. Free bottled water.

Very minor items: floor had a couple of squeeky spots. Sometimes noise from room above. Again, minor. Sometimes people smoking outdoors near the rooms. Not noticeable inside the room.

Everything was just wonderful. Clean bed, big room. There were no problems with parking. The breakfast is varied, you won't leave hungry. There were seats in the hall. No need to wait in line to have breakfast.

Not very fast wifi. It would be nice to have a bottle of drinking water in the room. Very small bathroom. And the main disadvantage is the lack of soundproofing. we had not slept since 6 a.m, as the neighbors were actively and loudly gathering, slamming their doors. All conversations were heard. In any case, if there is an opportunity, we will stop again.

We were returning from our vacation. We spent two nights on the way out in hotels, both of which were twice the price or more of what we spent at this Best Western.. This room was nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than both the others. The shower actually had water pressure and if that wasn't enough, breakfast was outstanding. We went a little out of our way to stay there and were certainly rewarded by a nice, reasonably priced room.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We all loved the shower head. Most hotels don't have good selections for shower settings. My group was extremely happy to see that the shower was to our liking.

Honestly it's hard to think of any complaints we had with our stay. I guess if I had to nitpick, when we got to the room there was only two towels when originally I had listed three guests staying. I feel like a room should have One more towel than the number of guests staying in the room. Again I'm really nitpicking for that.

Great Staff! Coffee and water available at the front desk anytime! Comfortable beds, quiet location, and great Breafast and coffee included! The room was very clean, and had a sink with mirror outside the bathroom which makes it easier for 4 people to get ready. All inside rooms. Very nice place to stay for a night on a road trip.

No pool. But there is a Whirpool hot tub in a small room. It was not very hot, and not very relaxing.

The breakfast, hands down, was the best and most complete that we encountered on our 3 week road trip! The breakfast organizer has thought of everything anyone could want or need, and then some! She (unfortunately, I can't remember her name) was such a pleasant person! She has a 5 star personality for sure!! The front desk crew was also wonderful... from check in to check out! What an amazing team of employees!

The breakfast had a good variety of items offered. There was also a good amount of space to dine. All was clean and well organized . Very well done. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and large well kept.

The building was struck by lightning during a storm on our first night. The staff seems a little bit confused and nnever informed the guests. We were puzzled as we heard the boom and then the fire department arrived a few minutes later. They could have done a much better job keeping the guests informed.

Location is just off the highway and very easy to find. The entire facility is top quality. Everything, the reception, the room, the pillows and comforter and breakfast area. Bathrooms are wonderful with double sinks. Great water pressure. Staff at this facility are amazing: Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices including fruit and very good coffee. I will always stay here if i have to travel in this area.

The rooms seemed very clean and the staff was friendly. They have a decent hotel breakfast and it is located next to a good burger joint called BG burgers.

We thought they had a pool based on the pictures but it turned out to only be a hot tub. The hot tub wasn't really that hot. So was a bit of a disappointment. Also our room was not in the main building so after the hot tub we had to walk outside while wet to get back to our room while it was 35 degrees outside.

The property was very clean. The room was spacious. The beds & bed linens were comfortable. The A/C was fully functional. The welcome bottle of water was much appreciated as was the breakfast buffet. But it was the outstanding staff that made it a standout place to stay. Everyone, from the desk personnel to the kitchen folks to the guy taking care of the grounds greeted us with a smile and a hello.
