Hampton Inn Bowling Green

It’s right in the middle of everything you need to do in BG close to downtown less than five minutes away from family

The property started. She was age a little needs a little paint job but my room the toilet kept running there all night. The flapper was broke. The toilet paper holder needs to be re-connected as a guy that works as a Custodian for a living those things you noticed right away. I wish the breakfast menu would change it up. I do like sausage, but sometimes I like the links and bacon and although I still like waffles, I still like to see some French toast make me some pancakes.

The parking lot was very clean and well lit. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The lobby and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was tasty, we have not seen the option for flavored waffles before. My son enjoyed the cinnamon roll flavor while my daughter chose the buttermilk. Very good location, close to several restaurants and shopping options if you need/forgot anything. Overall, worth the money.

The room refrigerator was not as cold as I prefer but it did work. The pool water was green so we didn’t use that. There was a door alarm going off for quite a while but it was addressed and fixed by staff. These were slight inconveniences that can be easily forgotten. The stay itself was a very pleasant one.

Great with a lot of variety. Location was perfect.

The person at the front desk mumbled when she talked and when I made it clear I could not hear her, she still did not raise her voice up. Frustrating. Also when I walked out of my room in the AM there were 3 kids racing down the hallway, timing each other on how fast they could go...

The location was perfect since the stadium's across the street and we were there for a football game. Plus the staff was kind and accommodating, and breakfast (especially the waffles) was worth waking up for.

While clean and comfortable, I do think the rooms could use a little renovating (specifically the carpet and some of the furniture).

Everything was acceptable except the shower. The shower head covering is rusted and detached from the wall showcasing the large amount of glue that didn’t adhere to the covering itself. The water became lukewarm within a few minutes of attempting a hot relaxing shower. other than that, it was a decent stay.

We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. The room was very clean and the entire motel smelled clean. Breakfast was good with several hot selections. Mattress was comfortable.

The beds were smaller than what I originally choose (maybe because we checked in early...?) No mini fridge (we weren't expecting that).

Everything..hot breakfast was delicious. We had a problem with our booking and billing...staff said as soon as the manager came in they'd talk to him and get back to us right away .. and they did .resolved the issue immediately

Relatively quiet. Excellent location across from BGSU. Lots of food in the area for meals of all kinds at all hours as the hotel was not serving breakfast.

No fridge in room which is very inconvenient as the hotel was not serving food due to COVID and when we went to get carry out or delivery we had to eat it all or throw it out.

Breakfast was great - love the waffles! Location is great for access to BGSU visit.

Carpet in room was stained in several places.

Breakfast was great - best one we've had when traveling during the pandemic. Not prepackaged everything, hot eggs, and of course waffles for the kids.

No fridge. :(
