Besides not giving me an extra blanket, it was excellent!

The proximity to everything, comfortable bed and the size of the suite. I like that the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet area. At first I didn't like that but it worked out. Staff was very helpful. The grounds and facility looks clean and cared for. Overall it was a good stay.

I didn't like the dirty door to the room, dirty/ stained carpet, countertop was dirty behind the microwave and the fabric on the dining chairs were pilling. Two of the lamps needed a bulb replaced but had working ceiling and wall lights so it worked out.

good location, easy check in and out, great facilities and the room was very spacious with a nice kitchenette. perfect for the deal of the room price!

room had some things that didn’t seem 100% clean. Ice bucket machine was left on causing ice to start falling out when freezer was open. a hanger and plastic glove hanging from the air vent near the ceiling and stains on rugs and bedding. also one thin blanket given for bedding could have used an additional blanket or comforter.

We had a queen suite and it was a great size!! Our room was pretty clean. 2 TVs! The Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Sonny! The late-night guy was even smiling and respectful towards a guy who was being very rude to him!

The pull-out sofa bed was thin but not terrible, but not comfy either like a bed should be, even for a pull-out.

Surface INN is close to many restaurants and bars and also easy to get to expressway. It's a little difficult to find as it's back behind another hotel.

We didn't like that there was no breakfast, not even coffee was provided in the morning. Also our room had a big ink stain on the carpet and out sheets and someone's name written with a magic marker. For the price not bad.

I loved how friendly the staff was and how welcoming the hotel was overall. The hotel was clean and organized. I also loved the artwork and how (from what I could see) it was all made by the same artist.

The bathroom door didn't want to shut all the way and I noticed a couple of doors in the hotel overall were a bit uneven.

The layout is nice - We liked the fire pit and basketball court…but outdated and unkept

Trash in our room upon arrival. No towels. No extra bedding for pullout couch. Dirty, sticky floors in elevator and lobby. Dirty doors and walls. Dog hair in sheets- needed to strip and remake. We had to go to front desk- no laundry person to do that. They are understaffed. The front desk guys were very kind and tried their best to be helpful. It isn’t their fault so we chose not to complain, but did make them aware of the bedding situation. While we were there two others complained - one about mouse droppings. We personally didn’t see any. Would never stay here again. We paid a lot for a two room suite.

the room was very nice and liked the shower.

the heat was not working when we got there but maintenance did get it fixed. the hair dryer did not work neither did the coffee maker.

It was nice I like my room very much nice view big kitchen big bed living room was big to I would definitely come back to this hotel when get money

Everything was really nice with the room I didn't have any problem at all I was very comfortable there I come again

The staff was very good. The quality of the room was great. We were pleased to see the kitchen facilities.

There were no tissues in the room. Also, if we had wanted to eat in the room there were few dishes, etc. The refrigerator didn't make ice and the ice machine near the lobby wasn't working. There was no blanket in the room - had to ask for one.
