Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville

I was grateful for the parking availability and for ease of access in and out of the building. I loved that it was downtown and I had multiple great eating options close to the hotel.

I didn’t like how incredibly slow the elevators were. Had there been a staircase closer to my room, I would have just gone the five flights down because the elevators were so slow. I also felt like the bed was too soft. I couldn’t get comfortable and ended up leaving earlier than I planned to because the bed was so soft that I didn’t get comfortable at any point in the night. the pillows were pancake thin too. They kept slipping behind the mattress onto the floor, which was very annoying. There were only four pillows and it took three of them to get my head elevated enough to watch the TV which was positioned too low. I looked for extra pillows but found none.

Have stayed here before, Great central location, lovely clean room, quiet location. Plenty of car parking, easy to walk to multiple restaurants. Handy fridge and microwave in room. Despite lack of GF items for breakfast, will use again

Other then fruit and yoghurt, no gluten free items for breakfast. Wifi was adequate but slow compared to other hotels.

Next door to the gymnastics meet we attended so couldn't have been more convenient. The hot tub was hot and not crowded. Liked that we had the choice to have maid service or not.

Really don't have anything bad to say. The only hiccup was that one of our initial keycards didn't work but that was quickly and easily fixed.

Very clean rooms, and staff were friendly. Food for breakfast was very good and the server was professional and friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. Had a choice of which floor we wanted to stay on.

Only thing was water standing in the elevator floor. No sign showing water on floor

perfect location. beautiful during Christmas time. walking distance to downtown events and restaurants and shopping. could watch carriage rides and see the beautiful Christmas lights from our room. staff was super friendly and everything was clean. beautiful fireplace in the lobby have a homey feel

location was great. it was clean and felt safe. the room was quiet

parking was difficult. the beds were uncomfortable. the pool area needs to be monitored a little better for safety when there are large groups of children there.

The check in was the fastest and best checkin experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Also the staff was pronominal! We left a phone behind and they went right up found it for us and told us they had of safely!

Nothing it was great!

We originally booked a room for one night, because we were coming due to a terminally ill family member. But we had to come a day earlier because the family member got worse and I called the hotel and explained our need for an additional night and they immediately accommodated us! Very grateful for them.

Staff was great. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was outstanding.

Specific rooms on Booking.com cannot be pre-selected. On Hilton site, room numbers are chosen so was very difficult to switch rooms.

the drunk that came pounding on our door at 2:00 Sun morning bc someone stole his beer. They were banging on all the fifth floor room doors. it was scary
