SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Coffeyville

They were so great! We were from out of town (another state) because of power outages and they were able to get us in and the front desk clerk with green hair helped us out our first night and front desk employees Kim and Kodi went above and beyond to help us out our second night with working with the limited money we had and made sure that we had a room (I was with my 87yo grandma). I recommend this place to stay 100%

Staff was terrific! Friendly, helpful, funny, kind. But not like fake robots; they're a lovely staff! From the outside, I was concerned because it looks a bit blighted. I even made my elder Mom wait in the car until I checked it out. But when I stepped inside, it was great. The whole experience. And we enjoyed breakfast too! We would definitely stay there again.

I suggest improving the curb appeal, but that has nothing to do with our stay.

The motel was very nicely updated and extremely clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed was very comfortable.

We had no issues. We would gladly stay there again!

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was convenient for our reason for being there.

Very weird little bed pillows. Our room was very warm but when I called about it they immediately moved us to another room that was great. Only other thing is the small fridge was pretty noisy. I also feel one should have to show their room key when entering the main door because anyone can just walk in without question. I find that to be a bit of a safety concern.

Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Liked the "closed" bathroom better then the open one at the last hotel. The young man at the desk who checked us in was especially helpful and pleasant!!!

Can't think of anything that would need to change at this time.

I liked the room, the bathroom, and the beds.

We were told breakfast will be served from 6 to 9 AM. We arrived in the breakfast area at 8:15 and all the hot food was gone and there was no replacement. Quite a few people came in after that and we’re disappointed that there is no food left. There was no staff available and no notice. This was very disappointing.

The things I liked about the property were the price and the staff. The price was a steal compared to the neighboring hotel and was just as clean. My sister and brother stayed at the other hotel during the same time I was here and she had ants in her room. The refrigerator was smaller and didn’t get as cold as the one in my room. Also, every staff member I encountered, the lady at the desk, the cleaning lady, and the manager were all very accommodating. I was very impressed with the property for the money and would highly recommend it!

The only thing I didn’t like was for breakfast, only pork sausage was served. I don’t eat pork. However, the manager came up to me and I told him about it. He said he didn’t eat pork either, but would start offering chicken or turkey sausage as an option.

It was clean, nice size room, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly & reasonably priced! We were only there one night to visit the college our son will be attending but, would definitely stay again in August when we go back to move him in the dorms.

Hot Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

There were wet wash cloths and 2 used bars of soap in the shower when we checked in. I went to front desk, and they took care of it right away, and talked to cleaning staff.

They include a hot breakfast with the room. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, pastries, cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, orange juice, milk, muffins, apples, several coffee choices, tea, and hot chocolate. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel owner has done an excellent job making his hotel shine. I recommend this hotel. If something isn't right, I'm confident they will fix it. The room was very reasonably priced and they have a rewards program that gives you a $25 gift card for every night you stay. I'm not sure when the promotion ends.
