Longhorn Motel Boise City

The hotel was awesome!! It looks old and outdated from the outside, but the inside is modern. Room was very comfortable. I laid down and in no time I was asleep and slept the whole night. The bed was way more comfortable then I thought it was going to be when I first sat down on it.

The outlets could have been in a better spot. Having the only one close to the bed being behind the bed was not helpful. There was some confusion at first as the people I was traveling with smoke and they wanted a smoking room even though they had none listed.

This is your basic motel in a remote location. Check in was smooth and young woman at counter was very friendly. The room was very clean and provided us with a comfortable overnight before hiking Black Mesa which is about a 40 minute drive from this motel.

Surprisingly nice little motel. Doesn't look like much from the outside, and Boise City has seen better days, but the room was cozy and comfortable, the shower worked reliably and there was plenty of hot water. What more can you ask?

Rooms were small but very clean. No nonsense furniture and the beds were comfortable. Heat worked well and there was plenty available on the TV.

It took forever to get someone to come to the front desk after we booked. I will have to admit it was late that night, around midnight. The girl working the front had been asleep. I called and called as well as hollered through the window and beat on the windows and door. She finally came out after about 20 minutes.

This unassuming motel is a true gem for cleanliness with updated carpeting and bathroom fixtures. The low price makes it an excellent value.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and all of my party rested very well. If you are traveling through the area I highly recommend this motel. You won`t find a better stay for the money.

A hotel in Colorado Springs had messed up my reservation the previous night and everything was booked. My wife and I drove all night and got to the Longhorn Motel very early. They let us check in!

no breakfast, ate at cafe. Friendly lady at check in. Quite room. For location in very isolated area, this is a very good motel.

Parking area should have spaces marked.

It’s quiet and clean

All I would say would be the sheets and blankets, I just wish motel would start putting softer, warmer blankets!!

Comfortable bed, clean, new television, etc. In room.

There was no hot tub in the room which it stated on the reservation site. Slightly cramped for two adults and two very young children (2yrs and 5 weeks)
