La Quinta by Wyndham Elk City

The hotel itself was nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. however,we did have an incident in the parking lot. It was nothing the hotel itself was involved in,it involved something a guest did. There were no cameras outside the building. My husband considered it a prank,but because of our age,it could have had consequences. The night clerk was very sorry,but really could not do anything. We were a little concerned that something else might happen,which didn't. So as I said,the hotel was comfortable,but our stay was marred by what happened in the parking lot,which was beyond the hotel's control.Goo

It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable bed. Loved the big walk in shower. Was excited to have our kurig coffee in the morning, however, we woke up at 4 in the morning with no power. A result of a heavy thunderstorm.

Didn't really stay long enough to have any negative opinion. I did however think more emergency lighting would be better in the stairs. I did have my small flashlight and it was a lifesaver for me when going down 3 flights of stairs.

Area was located in a great part of Elk City and had great amenities as well as great food locations located around. Gas station was not that far from the hotel so filling up for the next haul of the trip was great. Parking was good and felt secure.

There were some areas with space for parking with a trailer but not enough for the busy travel season if they were to detour towards Elk City on their route.

The friendly front desk and very comfy bedding and mattress. The little reading lights were great too. The room was clean and smelled neutral. The sounds were mild from cooling and no other noise bothered us. Cable tv and Wi-Fi free breakfast included made for a great travel break.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast... slept in both mornings. WE were given a quiet room away from the elevator - that was a plus. We looked at a couple of other places nearby, but saved about $60.00 staying here.

rooms were very comfortable; I liked the mini sofas and the desk and wifi allowed me to get work done, Excellent shower, fun, modern design. Beer and wine bar downstairs was a lifesaver after a long drive. Staff were fabulous and very friendly and our pets were comfortable. Food nearby and plenty of places to walk the pups. We stayed at La Quinta's across the country and so far this is our favorite.

can't think of anything. this location has it all from snacks to water and coffee in the lobby.

This was my second time staying there within a 2 week period. I stated in my first review from my first stay the shower had gross mold buildup along the door tracks. They responded they would get right on that. I was put in the same room on my second visit and it was still there. GROSS!!!

The breakfast was good and the location was fine. Clean room, beds were comfy. The staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel advertised they had a pool but, it was closed. That would have been nice to know when we rented the room.

New modern decor. Great amenities. nice breakfast setup. The attendant was especially meticulous. The guest room was great and had every base covered. all the staff were very friendly.

It was not any ones fault. The hotel was full of people who had to leave leave their homes because of the forest fire. There was someone there that was chanting until late or praying very loudly until 12:30 AM.
