Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Airport

After I checked in, the service was fine. Comfortable bed and good breakfast

I was arriving at midnight at the airport, and I had informed from the beginning of my reservation a month before that I would arrive after midnight. The hotel didn’t say anything, and only three days before I received an automated message saying that I could not check-in after midnight. Even after calling them and calling booking, they maintained that position, which was quite stressful. Then, one day before I receive the email saying I could check-in online beforehand through the Hilton app, which I did. So, in the end, why didn’t they at least tell me I could sort things out with the online check-in?

We got a room that was handicap accessible for my mom. It was really nice. Right off the elevator. The pool was really fun. The kids enjoyed it and spent a lot of time swimming. The breakfast was delicious!! I also liked the location. It was quiet and just down the road from the places we wanted to shop at. There was also a Chinese buffet just a couple buildings down that was delicious!

There wasn't anything I didn't really like. Well, the pool made our hair smell bad Everytime we got out but that was about it.

It was good to see the breakfast buffet back. Everything was fresh and yummy. The woman working in the kitchen was super nice. The table ran out of plates and she was quick to help us get them.

The housekeeping crew was rude. Knocking loudly on doors at 8 am on Sunday. Banging cleaning cart up against wall. I discussed this with the clerk on duty that morning. She spoke to the housekeeping lead person. We ended up checking out earlier. The manager was out of town that week. I left numerous messages to be called back to discuss this matter. Call was never returned.

Everything!! Love that the staff went to check on the desk to make sure she got breakfast. Love that the breakfast was perfect. My room was perfect. I heard No noise even though there were little kids across the hall. I got to see fireworks from my window last night. Pulled up a chair, had some iced water and just enjoyed the view from the ac'd room. Perfect. Thanks. Great location. Great people. Can't go wrong.

The a/c seemed to stop working in room 514 last night. I turned it off for a few hours and then turned it back on and it worked fine.

The room was nice and big. There was lots of space for us to put our things. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Only the location. It seemed like a not so nice part of town. And it was not easy to get to.

Everything was great as usual. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I was told that there was a towel shortage was the reason why there were no washcloths or small towels in the room or available for a family of 4. Checkout was the rudest experiences I have ever encountered because I asked for a copy of my receipt. It was almost comical the way I was talked down to and the production of printing a copy was so dramatic. Steph should really have more customer service training.

Customer service was great. Breakfast was good to and the staff during breakfast was good to.

Kids in the swimming pool area were unruly and disrespectful. Which it's not the hotels fault. The parents weren't watching their kids.

We went to check in and one of our rooms wasn't ready yet. We had other plans so we left to Frontier City, I was told that we would get a call when our room was ready but the call never came. We didn't find out the other room was ready until arrival at the hotel which was fine but it would've been nice to have known sooner instead of just wondering what had happened.

Good

The last two days of our stay. Run out of food. But the staff was working very hard to keep up. A lot of the same people were coming back from their room, getting more food. Cause the shortage of food for everyone else.

Hot breakfast was good and the beds were comfy, clean room

The pool was fun but the button to make the water festers work was not labeled at all and it was so hard to make it come on once we found it. It got to a point that the button didn’t work at all. The staff was ok but they didn’t seem worried about doing their jobs in a timely manner lol over all it was fun tho we enjoyed our stay
