Very hospitable staff. I hurt my knee at the airport so I was in a lot of pain. They took my luggage and me up to my room. No one ever does that anymore!! Room was clean and thank goodness they put me in a handicapped room without even asking! They truly took care of me. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles and assorted cereal. At first I was a little unsure as some hotel guests looked a little shady but I never had any issues with anyone. They were actually very helpful and nice. Never seen such hospitable people as OKC!! I definitely would stay there again.

The location was convenient, it’s right across the street from a few restaurants and not too far from downtown. The rooms were comfortable, just a bit outdated. The bed was super comfortable.

In the evening/night hours the location gets sketchy with people camping out and walking around the parking lot just next to the hotel.. which wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t have a little one with me. The wall outlets are loose, so my electronics and the lamp wouldn’t stay on. The lighting isn’t very good, except for the bathroom. The doors are thin, could hear guest yelling at each other through the hallway. There was also stail food stuck between the couch cushions.

It was okay the room was clean

Well the elevator in the hall was not clean and then I told the staff that they was a loogie in the elevator and it's some donuts so it was there for 4to 5 hours and they steal did not clean it up he waited until after I said something and then when you were getting breakfast it was it was nasty not the food is just the cleanliness they didn't stay on top of it and they didn't have enough silverware and other stuff for the residents but otherwise in that it was all okay I did not stay both nights I did give up my room I didn't get my room my stuff back my money or anything I only stayed one night and I left that afternoon oh even the refrigerator in my room we put stuff in there and it just freezes everything so I had to put my stuff in the sink and got ice to keep it cold

Our stay had a lot of great aspects to it. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, there were no surprise fees, and check out was easy. I also really liked that their checkout time is 12:00 pm. I didn’t feel rushed to get out.

The gym was down, there is really no parking available in front of the resort, several people take up two parking spaces or more all across the parking lot which makes it difficult to find somewhere to park, and there is only one entrance into the hotel after midnight. There are two side doors that are exit only, and the back door can only be unlocked for access until midnight. It makes it frustrating to get inside if you’ve been out late, mostly because of the parking situation. The walls are also extremely thin, so it’s easy to hear your neighbor even when they’re just speaking normally.

They have my favorite breakfast out of all the other hotels I've stayed in, the staff is extremely nice and very accommodating, this is our favorite hotel to stay in mainly because we are treated with such respect from staff and management and they look out to do whatever necessary to make our stay more pleasant 😊 good job guys!

I have no complaints whatsoever

Everything was awesome they are understanding they don't bug you pools nice rooms are comfortable and cleann towels are soft bedding is soft and new . The water pressure is great hot too . The place is very well cleaned and the staff are wonderful as well . Will stay again

Breakfast could be better esc for the price , and probably that the pool closes at 10 which sucks cause there are always full of kiddos so having a time where adults could go swim would be cool

The jacuzzi and the rooms are very nice and clean.

The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms didn't connect so if you got two rooms you couldn't get them right beside each other where the door connects in between the rooms. Not going to say I didn't like it but the pool isn't heated. And they served no meat on the breakfast menu.

I liked the room it was spacious. The bed is good too. Like the bathroom.

More options for breakfast especially if it’s included in the room price. Especially if we as paying customers are trying to save money not going out to eat breakfast. And the swimming pool had to much chlorine in it that my wife and daughter got sick. Needs to also have better ventilation. Cause when u walk in to the area where the swimming pool is it’s strong.

I like the fact place was clean and nice staff

What I didn’t like is when I tried to change room. Then once they were able to I was charged a higher price instead of $72. I didn’t think that was fair because I had spent over 700 in hotel. I felt like I was penalized for modifying my room.

Very nice decor, comfortable bed, location was perfect and close to a variety of restaurants as well as highways

Staff could be a bit more perky, they didn't smile and just acted as if they wanted to be somewhere else. The young lady that checked me in was nice and helpful but the evening staff acted like robots
