Candlewood Suites Woodward, an IHG Hotel

Comfortable bed, large room and closet, large desk, plenty of storage and countertops, full kitchen. Great water pressure in the shower and loved the Dove toiletries. Very quiet and safe location.

No issues or complaints. Noticed the front entrance could use some curb appeal to make it as nice as the inside.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The hotel is conveniently located.

During the night the smoke alarms started sounding. I couldn’t get ahold of anybody at the front desk when I called so I left the room to find out if I needed to leave the hotel. One of the other guests informed me that someone had burned some toast and set off the alarms. None of the staff ever explained why the smoke alarms sounded.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The suit was arranged well, had small kitchenette in it, table, and I had a handicap room. Was the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Mask signs all over the hotel, employees wearing masks and glass shields at front desk. Great precautions. Loved that they had a mini store off common area for microwavable food, snacks, ice cream, and aspirins as needed. Free cup of coffee too. Had a laundry facility and gym. Centrally located to shopping, food, gas, parks.

handicap shower was great and well put together, only thing was water runs out of the rest of the bathroom making the floor wet and caution must be used. Could cause issue for elderly walking on floor.

This location was very nice and comfortable, was very clean. It was really nicely located. It was set up for long extended stays and had everything you could want, and very convenient which was very helpful.

I had no complaints about this location. Even if I was a hard to get along with person it was a nice place. I have thought really hard about this and I just can't think of anything to change about the location.

The place was very clean and met all me expectations. The location was great due to it being so close to the job site that I had to go to.

The only issue that I had was my reservation was not found by the hotel. I provided the confirmation # and showed them the confirmation email, but they could not find it. I reserved a King room, but they did not have any available. So, I had to get the double queen for an hire rate.

We’ve stayed three times over last few years. Centrally located for us, clean nice staff.

Pressure in shower is crazy, very hard to take shower.

The shampoo and conditioner containers are huge which is nice. I can actually clean all my kids. The huge fridge and kitchen. I also like how you have laundry baskets in the closet so you can do the laundry down stairs and the I like the big desk table in the room. Water pressure is amazing too.

Nothing. This is more of a suggestion. If you can put a streaming setup on the tv. Like Netflix, Disney plus, hulu and prime so guest can login to there own accounts to watch tv would be great.

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms and nice amenities. Full size fridge, dishwasher and cooktop. Very clean.

The mattress was a little hard for my taste but the rest of my crew thought they were fine. There is no lack of water pressure here. You definitely have to work into the shower stream.

location, comfort, kindness. it was near a great bowling alley, and near major roads intersections so easy for travel. friendly staff, comfortable room.

The room was a lit larger then I expected. The lady who checked us in was very pleasent and welcoming. They treated us and our pets very well.

We were right next to the elevator and we could hear it pretty good.
