Northwest Inn

The lady that made our breakfast was very rude, she acted like we were inconveniencing her. When I made my reservation I asked for rooms close to each other inside, when I called the hotel they told me they had connecting rooms out side and was able to do that but when we got to the hotel the rooms were not available, we ended up only getting one room for my husband, myself, and 4 children, and had to cancel the other room. I was very displeased with this especially since I called after booking and was told we could have connected rooms. The lady at the front desk was very polite and apologetic for the mix up and was able to give us a bigger room to accommodate our family. Even though she was very busy with a lot of check in’s she always kept a smile on her face and was very professional. The kids loved all the games they have for them to play, they were very excited.

Friendly staff, great social areas to spend time with family in comfort. Games and pool area are beautiful. Food and service for breakfast was so welcoming. Pictures online match with expectations. Great motel with age and character.

very convenient and affordable. on-site breakfast was a great value. nice renovations, especially like the flooring choice in the room. the front desk staff was so pleasant, especially the morning shift explaining the hot water issue. I am so sorry other guests were rude.

the toilet could use a better cleaning. hot water was limited, but understand the issue related to the cold winter blast and frozen pipes.

Great breakfast, plentiful and of good verity. Breakfast was served in a restaurant at the facility and the attendant was friendly and more helpful than expected, even frying eggs on request. Our room was very clean and of easy access with our dog. The desk clerk on arrival gave us an easy access room. Although this facility is a bit older the location is great and for pet lovers the grounds are made for short walks, and no pet fee. Room per night fee was better than expected.

Breakfast was good. Made to order omelette and waffles. Good location. Friendly staff. My first room the heater wasn’t working. I was moved promptly to another room.

No elevator. Doors hard to open until you get it figured out but they do tell you upon check in. The pool was nice the first day but then cold the next 2. Bathroom small to close door.

They have an amazing breakfast! They have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets they cook, biscuits and gravey, cereal, waffles, toast... basically everything. The fun activities for kids is a plus and the pool was really nice. Also, the cookies at check in.

We loved everything but the beds could have been more comfortable.

Thank you to the professional ladies at Northwest Inn for my experience. As a solo lady it’s important for me to be able to easily understand my surroundings for safety. NW Inn is a credit to Woodward. It was built with families in mind and that means clarity of the property for all guests. Check-in and Check-out very calm and smooth. Parking area is in good repair and located on a main highway. They always have cookies at the counter for the guests. My room was just the right size for my needs. Wood style floor, clean white bedding, a terrific tv with loads of viewing options. Counter space, clothing drawers, ironing board and iron with clothing rack. Microwave and fridge. Shower was hot and steady. Nice sized towels too. Air conditioner controls are easy. Plenty of electrical outlets for phones. I had an outside 2nd floor room. I never heard cars coming and going, nor did I hear anything from my neighbors. The snack and ice machine very prominently located on two the sides of the building. The pool area has miniature golf, and also a workout room with a nice tv. I made use of a treadmill. The breakfasts!!!! Free with room. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, made to order omelets, has browns, sausage, cereal, yogurt, juices, milk , toast.

This isn’t a dislike. Just a Reality check for those who usually stay in a corporate hotel. NW Inn is an older building. Yes, it needs little repairs here and there. That’s true of any motel. This wonderful place was made for use-kids, parties, meetings, lots of comings and goings. To keep it in “perfect” condition, a daily staff of 50-75 would be needed But these are different days. I was very impressed that there is still an Atrium area. That’s just not cost effective for the new places. Chill out, enjoy the pool and your room and be grateful that these folks are keeping NW Inn alive and kick in’!

Very well unkept. No trash tossed anywhere. Groundskeeping vey nice. Room is nice. The bathroom sink needs some work. There is Calcium build up around the handles. I work in a hospital, so this is a no-no. Little nasty germs like hiding in it. Use some CLR and it will come off.

The breakfast options were great. Liked that we could order eggs cooked how we wanted.

The location of the room. Was told that since we used a 3rd party booking company we were put on the 2nd floor facing a very busy loud road as those were the rooms saved for those types of bookings.

The free breakfast is the best free breakfast you will find anywhere. Custom cooked omelets, eggs and waffles, plus a great staff! The atrium is awesome! Pool, putt putt golf, billiards, ping pong and more! Great location and a great price too

The rooms could use a facelift, A/C is a bit noisy
