SureStay Plus by Best Western Enterprise

The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and offered something for all of us. The woman who oversaw they breakfast very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect and had a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. The rodeo in Joseph was going on and hotels closer to town were very expensive. This place was comfortable, clean and the indoor pool was great and the drive into Joseph was very easy. It was also close to the Safeway which was convenient. This hotel exceeded our expectations. I left an item in the room and it was shipped to me quickly.

No elevator. We were on the 2nd floor with a bunch of luggage and an elevator would have been really nice to have! Other than that this place was a 11/10.

The room was in immaculate condition. We really enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi after a long week of working hard. The bed was comfortable and the room was free of any outside noises or distractions. When exiting the building to pack our vehicle, we were treated to an incredible mountainous view. Just a perfect overall experience.

Nothing not to like. I would highly recommend this lodging to all of my friends and family when visiting the Enterprise area.

Based on the other options available at the time, best western was the easiest to deal with. They treated us well as compared to other available sites. Its location near Joseph, Lake Wallowa and other sites makes it a prime location. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was better than a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Can't think of anything, the view of the valley and mountains is exceptional.

Love love LOVED the view and the area! The room (queen delux) was big with a seperate sitting room and the bedroom. This was just what we needed! Plus it was very clean. Beds were also comfortable.

The only thing that was disappointing was that breakfast.was.done and gone by 9. The book in the room said 10. However upon leaving I saw that 9am was highlighted on my room key pounch. So be sure to make note of the right time so ypu don't miss out.

I like how we are able to come right into our room and relax in our big spacious room. Also, the convenient of our mini-fridges and microwave handy for us as well.

That we missed breakfast time, that is when we like to sleep in but would still like to have the free breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Not the best we have had, but tasty and filling. The view was stunning. The little town very cute. The check-in person (Rui) was very sweet and had very good recommendations for places to eat. The room was very clean, smelled good, and was cozy. This was the only hotel of 5 that we stayed on this trip that had a hot tub which we appreciated.

It is located at the top of a bluff with great views; it is not on the main road and one needs to look for it. We had a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub.

Room lighting could be brighter. No elevator so it was carry suitcases up stairs. Covid -19 restrictions meant no hot breakfast, so they adapted by having a pre-order system with breakfast choices. It was ok, but not the best. there was no table in the room, so we juggled food on our laps. the pool was closed for the day for cleaning and chemical balance ; the sauna never did get hot.

The view was PHENOMENAL at this place. Breath-takingly gorgeous. The front desk and breakfast staff were super kind and lovely. Room was clean and spacious. Great location. In the age of covid, this place has the best included breakfast for a hotel that I've stayed at in the past year. There were lots of foods to choose from, including hot food, and it was all pretty good quality. Definitely would stay here again if I come to Joseph/Enterprise again.

My one complaint is probably the stiffness of the beds. Like they weren't CHEAP mattresses, they were just really firm? Which is unusual for a hotel, I think. My husband's back and shoulders were hurting after the second night. If you like a firm mattress, these beds will be fine for you, but if you prefer them softer, you might have a hard time getting comfortable.

By US standards the hot breakfast was very good. It was very quiet and had a beautiful view although our room did not have a view. The beds were very comfortable

The hotel could use some redecorating, particularly the carpeting. It was clean but shabby. The breakfast options were good but the quality was variable. The eggs for example tasted a bit rubbery.

I've stayed there two previous times. This hotel is the best value in Enterprise Oregon. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. The rooms are very clean. The continental breakfast was fantastic, especially in a town not known for offering a lot of options for good breakfast.
