The breakfast was very good. The choices for cereal were much better than I have experienced in other places. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows

There were stains on the carpet and something sticky on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The toilet was clean except under the rim. There was something wrong with our key card or the battery in the lock as it did not work properly. It was very frustrating

Really comfortable room, there is a basic courtyard in the middle of the complex, so sheltered from the street and nice to rest in after long hikes, but no shade. Rooms were quiet, very generous with toiletries towels etc. Lots of options for breakfast. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

Comfortable room with more room than most motels. Especially liked that there was a table and chairs AND a ceiling light, a rarity, indeed, but well appreciated.

The concrete step to help one reach the actual bottom step is badly broken and ought to be replaced as it's beyond repair. I'm surprised OSHA hasn't insisted on replacing that step. Poor excuse for a free breakfast though I imagine that's all that's available due to the pandemic. Though I specified that we needed a first floor unit unless there was a elevator, we got neither. My friend who had had surgery had a tough time climbing the stairs.

Staff were super friendly, price was excellent and you can't beat the location. Instead of usual stale carbs they had yogurt and various energy/grain and fruit bars, which was super handy when you're headed out for a hike. Beds very comfortable.

Somehow booking.com gave them an old credit card to charge which I did NOT authorize, gotta make sure to pull that. Also, booking.com's photos of the rooms showed 2 beds when there was only one. Hotel staff were great about fixing that right away. Next time, I'll just book them direct.

The room is large and spacious. The bathroom has an exhaust fan! (Many hotels no longer have exhaust fans.) The room was clean with an ample supply of towels. Friendly staff, very helpful. I would stay here again, but I would request a top-floor room.

There was a loud family in the room above me that could have cared less that there were people trying to sleep between 2300 and 0600. They walked as if plodding causing even more noise. Additionally, I believe that they were playing catch with their Saint Benard.

From the window in the living room, I could see the house a Great-aunt of mine has left ved, it is now a Mexican restaurant. From the door, I can see the house mt Aunt Roma lived in. Souch family history in such a small spot.

breakfast was the usual continental stuff.

the only thing better could have been, since we visited in the dead of winter, is to start the heater in the room a bit earlier in the day than check-in time so the room is warm upon arrival...other than that, we love the place.

Location, room was clean, huge, well appointed with fridge, micro, coffee pot, eco friendly shower head and toilet, good lighting above bed, table and chairs, nice TV, nice pkg of toiletries, and special washcloth designated for bad spills and things…really nice breakfast room setup to be Covid friendly with good coffee and snacks. Matthew behind the counter was delightful.

Breakfast area did not open on time people staying above us noisy noisy noisy walking around they have a dog and its walking back and forth on the floor office was notified there were no changes

The location was terrific, centrally located in Enterprise, Oregon. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to our situation (very late for our check-in due to road closures).
