I loved everything. It was truly comfortable. I was able to wash clothes, have fresh coffee every morning, sleep comfortably. It was amazing. I'm hooked.

The location was not the best. There were people constantly loitering outside of the building and I did not feel safe entering and/or leaving. Even though the noise from outside couldn't be controlled, it made it hard to sleep.

It was super smooth to check in and we were able to leave our bags in the luggage lockers. Super easy and convenient. Location was great. The bed was comfortable. In general, we were happy with our 2-day stay. Would come again!

Many of the guests were families and we heard them a lot in the evenings and mornings. Kids were being loud and it was a bit annoying. Since there was no reception, we couldn’t really raise a complaint. Additionally, the amenities could have been a bit more cleaner but I do understand it is an old city and the building is old.

location was great, nice size apartment, super clean room and clean building, quiet room and quiet building

i noticed when i arrived that the photos when i booked were photos of a different room, no big deal it was still a nice room...my biggest complaint was besides the love seat, there was not a single chair to sit on or even a small table to eat at or small desk/mantle to work on my laptop, had to use the couch and coffee table which killed my back, but there was def room for a small kitchen table with 2 chairs and a space for a laptop/ipod w/chair for work purposes...they just need to utilize some of the wasted space that's all...otherwise all good, would def stay there again.

no restrooms in the lobby was a disadvantage. And staff were much less friendly than the Sonder we stayed at in NYC.

Great experience! Truly digital: check in, keys, check out all via internet. Very lean and fast. Apartment is very clean, appliance all new Location are excelent, although a didn't feel very safe waking after 22h

didnt have cleaning services and the air condition is very noise. But these are not issues that would stop us for staying there again. We really enjoyd the experience.

Spaciousness, apartment style rooms. Full kitchen with needed utensil. Washer and dryer. Extra towels and linen provided in rooms. Local eatery with in walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure building.

Philly has a homeless population. Homeless on street of and near the hotel. Hotel had as no cable. Weekend was noisey from club across the street.

You need to put all fees in the price. No one likes a bait and switch or surprises with non refundable hotel rates. It would have been so easy to do this. $100 is a bit excessive. Also security measures more rigorous than international airport TSA. Booking.com is mostly responsible for both of these situations. A little information goes a long way.

It was a self-accessing building which was convenient. There were also courtesy storage lockers for use prior to checkin which was perfect for us. Clean, nice apartment and great deal and location in downtown Philadelphia!
