Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Hardeeville-Hilton Head, an IHG Hotel

Staff willing to accommodate.... We got there a little earlier and they had a room done for us but apparently someone was smoking in it so we asked that it'd be changed and they did it right away our bed was comfortable breakfast was fine It worked out perfect for we were staying on Hilton Head Island that day.

Pool wish it was outside It didn't look cleanly. But we did not have intentions of swimming in it. Use the workout room for the treadmill and it was fine overall we enjoyed our stay.

Crib was ready when we got there. Bringing the dog was no problem. The room was clean, the water hot, and the complimentary soaps and conditioners smelled very nice - and I liked they weren't the individual ones.

Breakfast was pretty terrible. The oranges were good, but the sausage was gross and rubbery. There was no slow cooker oatmeal, and the hot water for the minute oatmeal was hard to find. The omelet was okay, but I didn't like the cheese on it. There were also no hardboiled eggs even though there was a sign for them.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The room was fine but the floors were dusty in the corners, and the dresser top was wiped down with a wet cloth leaving streaks on it. The sheets were clean but the floors and dresser top gave me pause.

However, loved the room was nice and clean, comfy bed and night attendant was most helpful when we arrived.

At checkout I wasn't given a receipt when requested because I paid on Booking.com. I expressed concern because my card was used for incidentals. Feel I should have received a copy for verification that everything was cleared with your facility. ...so I'm supposed to trust that alls good. The morning attendants attitude didn't help...when I initially asked.

The room was nice, I loved the lighting. Breakfast was decent, it was nice to have hot options. Pool and hot tub indoors was also nice. Right off the highway. Enjoyed the lovely woodland view out the windows behind the hotel.

Nothing to complain about, did note that there wasn't anything walkable around the property, just highway.

The rooms were clean.

Friendliness of lady registering customers. No help in finding a nearby restaurant. Our room was on the end of the hall and we could have parked no more than 30 feet from the car, however the back entrance door was out of commission. We had to park in front.

When I arrived I requested a room far away from the elevator and the front desk clerk honored my request. Very comfortable bed and bedding and tasty breakfast. Staff was quick to clean up after and enforce policy as well of keeping pets out of dining area. I appreciated that and I have a dog.

Trucks took over a lot of available parking on the sides of hotel.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices..pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, omelets, fruit, cereals, muffins, etc. Location was great, conveniently located for travel to Savannah and Hilton Head.

Me and my family had no complaints.

The Room was clean, the mattress was the most comfortable Mattress I've ever slept On.

The elevator made a creaky scary noise but we had to use it b/c of the cart otherwise use the stairs. The parking lot was overcrowded b/c so many big trucks. If you had a large vehicle there was really nowhere to park. We had to park illegally which made us uncomfortable all night.

The room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was so relaxing.

The receptionist told me that the pool was heated and it wasn't. The Spa was very nice except they put too much chlorine in it to the point it was burning my eyes .
