All the people around us was smoking, so we couldn’t enjoy our patio.

I liked the peace and quiet when it was bedtime. The staff was excellent and professional. The cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfy. The location was excellent for the price. My stay was wonderful and I will be coming back soon.

I liked everything this hotel had to offer.

The location was perfect! We had the most amazing view! My family enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and the 3 pools on the resort property. The room was decent enough.

The Elevators were super slow, skipped floors and always busy. We put the sign on our door that they had in the room when we arrived to have our room made up while we were out for the first 4 days only to get 0 service and then be told that we need to call the front desk to get our room serviced. Breakfast room is entirely way to small for the size of the hotel, not nearly enough chairs or tables. The line was so long every morning and everything was severely picked through before you got to the front of the line.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They knew my name and was willing to provide helpful information on places to eat and shop. The manager wanted to make sure the room was good and if there was anything he could do to make our vacation more enjoyable. I will definitely stay there again.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no place to put your soap or other items in the shower. Although, the shower were newly remodeled. The installer apparently forgot to put a place to put those items.

The website through booking says breakfast. They do not support that any more. But wasn't a big deal. The pent house we stayed in was really nice and staff was friendly

The young lady that was in the dining area that keep the ear piece in her ear wig pulled in a ponytail and glasses on was rude. she never said excuse me when she into the draws or cut people off. Why would she decide to eat at 8am when the food is ready to be serve? She kept cutting the customers off as she filled her own drinks. Before she had another associate watch her area while she went to eat she never looked to notice that all the food was gone including waffle mix before she left. The lady that took her spot tried her best to help everyone. I think the waffle make should be move where the toaster is this will reduce a line hold up

Great location! Convenient place where there was a mini market and restaurants within walking distance. Likes the pool and the fitness area. Easy check in and check out.

Parking was a little tight and the breakfast hours should be longer. The area was not set up to accommodate as many guest staying in the hotel. They need a more open room to make it easier to get your food and get in and out of the breakfast room. But loved that they offered breakfast...not many hotels do that in the area.

I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness. The young lady at the front desk is a wonderful employee.

I didnt not like the young man at the front desk . He showed just in his way of answering a question that he was not intrested in serving an "older gentleman ". I say this because just before serving me he was serving a pretty young woman and he was ready to do anything to accommodate her needs. As for the breakfast room, way too small and not enough tables to accommodate all of the guests in the morning.

Our check in assistant LaMoy was excellent. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Our room was great, we had a double room with full size refrigerator, microwave and sink which was great. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable. View of the ocean was incredible!! There were a lot of families with kids there but the staff managed to keep it clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Wish there could have been a table and chairs in the room.
