Super nice view of the beach. Excellent maid service. Nice having a pizza joint on the 2nd floor. Quick check in and out when we were arrived and left. Air conditioner worked great. Beds were very comfortable.

Kitchen was so tiny. No room or counter to work with when cooking. Table was far from the mini kitchen. Table had microwave and coffee maker which left room for hardly anything. Door to room and balcony door were very hard to open and close. Main negative was 1 elevator for everyone. Long waits and being on the 8th floor. Not fun having to use cause elevators taking so so long to respond.

The whole place was exceedingly amazing, extremely friendly staff!!! Shout out to Alisha, Imani, and Ann-marie!!!! Rooms were exceptionally clean with PLENTY of towels and toiletries. Fresh clean towels 🧖🏼‍♀️ are provided every morning without having to ask. Coffee ☕️was amazing. It had great lighting at night and felt very safe. Balcony was xl with very nice railing. 2 pools 🏊‍♀️, 1 heated and also a hot tub, and a huge pool deck with tons of lounge chairs. The big chair in the room was very comfortable. Beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in away from home and very, very clean. The room smelled fresh and clean. Nice walk-in shower 🛀. A/C was very cold 🥶. The entire room had great lighting and plenty of outlets and usb plug-ins. PET FRIENDLY!!!! 🐕The price was great too. We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. That was the biggest reason we chose this place, and I'm so glad we did. Only 10 mins away from medieval times 🤺 which I'd highly recommend going to see. We will definitely be back here next year. Thank y'all so much for making our 1st time in myrtle beach so amazing!!!!!

We enjoyed the location, tucked right in between the larger resorts (I’d rather be in a less packed place!) the rooms were fresh smelling, clean, & up to date. Every single usb plug worked & their were several. (I’ve been to other places that has these features but none end up working ) the beds we’re comfortable(firm memory foam) plenty of pillows (4 per bed) w different firmness and the room was set at a cooler temp before we even got to our room. Towels were soft & bright white along w the bedding. Plenty of out door lawn chairs to soak up that sun. The grounds are well kept. It was just nice all around. The front desk and cleaning folks are super nice, polite, helpful.

W the rooms being so nice , I thought maybe the hallways could use a touch up. maybe some better lighting.

Love the walk in shower. Nice like new refrigerator and microwave and coffeemaker. Love the wood look vinyl flooring instead of carpet.  TV had excellent picture.  Everything look nice and updated including the curtains, furniture, cabinet and bedspreads.

 The ramp used to roll your luggage up is on the side of the building and is a fairly steep ramp and it was raining and it is not covered so I had to cover all my stuff with a towel and I got wet because I could not hold my umbrella and push the luggage buggy up at the same time. Would suggest  making that a covered area would be great.

The staff was fantastic, every single person was friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony was phenomenal. The pool/jacuzzi area were kept clean, and they had a doggie station for easy Jackson clean up. Plus, we were right across the hall from Mama Mia, the BEST pizza/wing place in Myrtle Beach. Everything we ate was absolutely fresh and delicious, and we even got wings to go when we checked out.

Because of Covid-19, they weren't coming in to clean the rooms. By our 3rd day we couldn't stand the sand everywhere so I went and got a broom/dustpan and fresh linens. We didn't mind doing that, but I think they should offer a discount if we have to clean our own room and walk to the laundry for fresh towels.

Great weekend. Everything was perfect. The reservation process was easy and the communication with the Hotel flowed very well. I have a service dog and this Pet Friendly Hotel was wonderful. I have to say that Amber, the manager, is an exceptional human being... She was always attentive so that everything went perfectly during our stay... I admire people like her with a true dedication to service. We booked an ocean view room with kitchen and it was exactly what we saw in the photos and in reality. It was comfortable, with what was necessary for our stay. The hotel is well located, close to everything but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. We will definitely be back.

The hotel while it is an older building was very clean and the rooms/lobby completely updated. We booked a double Queen with ocean view and it was spacious and very comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. Location is excellent, steps away from the beach and some nice restaurants within walking distance. It is about 4 miles away from the boardwalk but that didn’t bother us since it wasn’t the purpose of our trip. A huge plus for us was that they are dog friendly and our fur child was able to join us! Staff was friendly and attentive.

We posted our maid service on the door and no maid showed up bad part was one made eye contact with us as we were coming out of our room and still didn’t go back in. I found out once we returned it had not been touched. So we didn’t put it up again I did all the sweeping and taking trash out everyday. But that was okay. Also water wasn’t very hot in our room.

The room was just the right size for the amount of people. (Two toddlers and two adult women. Beds were pretty comfortable and the cleanliness was good minus the sand. But that’s to be expected when your hotel is literally on the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean and working. Everyone was helpful/friendly. Don’t let the low star rating deter you. This place is definitely worth the stay! Alisha at front desk was great also!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived a day early and asked if we could go ahead and check in they said it wasn't a problem and put us in our room that we had reserved. I also requested a room on a lower lever. They put us on the second floor, so we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony.

Hot tub wasn't working. It would have been nice if they had some tables with umbrellas on the pool deck for people that just wanted to sit outside and not sunbath.
