Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Watertown, SD

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were modern and very clean. My son and husband both enjoyed staying here. That said, we were out and about all day, every day so we didn't make the most of the stay by swimming, using laundry, vending, workout room, etc. Breakfast was great.

The only thing that was problematic was that we were in a handicap accessible room and the shower was not a walk-in, but a tub. The tub was at a higher level than the floor and I fell while getting out and hit my head on the toilet. I thought I compensated for that while getting out but there was no handrail on the wall to get out- only inside the tub.

very friendly staff and helpful. Very clean, well kept and stocked with your traveling needs. Great room, comfy beds. Awesome breakfast and beverages. We were gone for a week and staying at different hotel- motels in North Dakota and this was the best one that we stayed at.

This facility was exceptionally clean, and it was obvious that the staff and management take guest comfort very seriously. Having stayed at most of the chain motels/hotels, this was clearly among the best we have ever found. The bedding quality was above average and extremely comfortable - much above average for this level of motel/hotel, and the bath fixtures were also high end. We would come back without question should we visit this location again. Staying here just felt good!

Breakfast was good, though perhaps a little more variety would be nice.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast had several offerings to choose from. Was a nice place to stay for our last night on the road.

The hotel is located right next to another hotel, which felt a little odd. The property is a bit on the older side but it's obvious that the staff takes care to keep things in good working order.

The beds were comfortable, not too hard like most. The room was not crowded with excess furniture. The bathroom was roomy and the toilet was not too low. The breakfast selection was great.

Since the bottom of the bathtub is higher than the floor, it is very difficult for older people to get out. A grab bar would be helpful to help prevent falls and strains. It was impossible to have a hot shower because the water would not get hot, only warm.

Staff was amazing. Both the front desk personnel as well as the maids who cleaned the rooms.

Upon arrival found out your company "Booking" only made one room reservation, although we requested 2 rooms. Fortunately, Country Inn & Suites was able to find another room for us. The rooms were on the same floor, however not next to each other. The front desk person mentioned that the missing of the second room when using "Booking" is usual for them. Won't use this site again. Will go through Expedia in the future.

The room was large and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and two televisions. Very good value for the money!

The hotel is very close to the interstate highway, so there is some traffic noise that might bother a light sleeper.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. I mean, not many continental breakfasts are, but there are better options in Watertown if you're looking for a "free" breakfast.

The pet deposit is a bit ridiculous. $50 for the weekend for a dog that spent 95% of the time outside of the hotel. If there's a bad owner that leaves a mess, charge them the extra $$ on the back end.

It was so nice and welcoming and very clean! Breakfast was great! Would of loved more lactose free options but I still found yummies.

The beds could use memory foam pads or something they were hard as a rock. The curtains need to not be sheer! My room was on the parking lot side and there was a bright light that shined in our eyes all night long!! It was very unpleasant.

One of the few hotels we have stayed in lately that had more than just cereals, breads, muffins and granola bars. They actually had little cheese omelets and sausages and hard boiled eggs. Nice

Our non-smoking room had a faint odor of smoke. I know it is the fault of the people who don't follow the rules and the hotels do what they can to get the odor out. It is annoying, but at least we don't have allergies like some.
