the staff is always exceptionally nice and helpful. the location is easy to get to and there’s ample parking. although the facilities are a little dated, they are clean and comfy.
our a/c unit leaked water and the wet carpet caused some of our belongings to get quite wet but nothing we weren’t able to deal with. there is usually a large cart in the hallway with extra linens and it takes up a lot of the hallway space. (we’ve stayed there a couple of times this year and it has been in the same place)

I Love the breakfast loved the lady that cooked she worked 2/18/2022 I for got her name but she wonderful every time I stay
Guest service was nice as well enjoyed the late check at no cost to the guest I think you all should expend the property and get a indoor all year pool would be nice but other than that I really enjoyed my stay

The quality of the property was far greater than other hotels we have stayed with recently. The rooms were cleaned and sealed with a large sticker so it was clearly obvious the room had been sanitized.
The air conditioner did not work in the room. It was late so we did not bother reporting it because we thought we would have to pack up and move. Too tired for all that!

The hotel itself is pretty average compared to other Hamptons but no less expensive. Staff is clearly overworked with front desk employee also cleaning the pool and keeping all beverages stocked. Tends to be somewhat short with guests though somewhat understandable with multiple duties to be attending to. Still, courtesy to guests should be a priority.
