Country Hearth Inn & Suites Union City

Couldn't ask for a better room or friendlier staff, especially for the price. Great location and very comfortable room. I had initially stayed at a slightly cheaper Hotel just down the room, but cancelled after one night and booked Country Hearth Inn instead. So glad I did. You can't beat this place for the price, comfort, cleanliness and quality of furnishings in the room.

There isn't much of a view to speak of, but it's a better view (and location) than a cheaper hotel just down the road.

I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. The staff were lovely and friendly. When the ice machine wasn't working, the owner got me a bag for free. The room was VERY clean and everything worked just fine. I like the place near the door to store shoes, nice touch. Liked having a choice of AC or ceiling fan.

The only complaint I have was that the top bed spread was a material I didn't care for, but I just got an extra blanket and it was fine. The parking outside the door was fine, though others leaving much earlier than myself right outside the door packing woke me at 6am (why I missed breakfast) but that wasn't the locations fault per say.

I unfortunately did not stay here because I accidentally booked a smoking room and they did not have any non smoking available. They very graciously let me check a couple rooms to see if I wanted to stay and then cancelled my reservation with no charge when I decided not to. The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating which was so lovely to a weary traveler!

Clean and comfy.

Tone down on the smelly potpourri in the rooms. It smells nice but it's too strong like you are trying to cover up the room smell. Also you could change the rules to eating only in the lobby for breakfast. Not everyone has time and they just want to grab and go.

The spa was nice.

Owner rented our room to someone at 1pm I made my reservation at 11am. They would not accommodate. I had to take a room I did not want. I went ahead and paid for both nights because the night lady who is awesome should I add Promised to put me in the room I originally rented

My husband and I stayed over the weekend and room 205 was so nice and clean.and it smelled really good too. This was a much needed short get away and this little motel was a blessing 😊 The owners were so nice and we have decided the next time we go that way we will definitely stay there again.😊 Thank You, Mike and Susan Young

Great family run hotel. Old style with outside entry but it has been updated and very comfortable. Raj (owner) is super nice and a great host. Made sure everything was right. Rooms are very clean and A/C was cool and worked so well. If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay that is reasonable, this is it!!!

The room was clean and very cozy

When I arrived I seemed to disturb someone at the front counter they seemed pissed that I was there but I could have woke them up

Check in and check out were simple, and staff was very friendly. The room was small and exactly as pictured. It was clean, smelled nice, and was really quiet. The spa tub was huge. No frills and no worries. I recommend for two people passing through.

I loved the pillows, my husband couldn't get comfortable. I thought the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and my husband thought it was perfect. So...to each their own. 😆

There was a minor glitch with my reservation. The sweet lady at the desk went above and beyond yo fix it.

There is a lot behind facility where semi trucks were parked. Theycreated some distracting noise until very late
