The receptionist at the front desk was amazing, she laughed and joked with us! I didn't catch her name 🥺. All of our rooms where very clean! Several family members booked here for a wedding , we all enjoyed our stay!

Location was great. Close to restaurants and stores. Right off highway. Bed was comfortable. Room was cozy and clean. Hot breakfast was lacking. Eggs tasted powdered, but coffee was great. I would recommend. Motel doesn’t look great and best westerns aren’t my favorite but I was impressed with this one. We were moving and this was a very nice stay.
Hot breakfast. I don’t like biscuits and gravy and eggs were awful.

I think it was excellent value for the price, especially since I was just passing through for the night on a road trip it was great for a quick stop. Very clean and comfortable
Modernization of facilities would be helpful to make stay more comfortable but overall this hotel stay was great value for the price

There was nothing really bad about staying here. I think $125 a night is a little steep for a hotel in McKenzie but it was comfortable and the front desk folks were very nice.

Convenient location to my family. Has a refrigerator that was really cold! A microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffeemaker. The beds were on the hard side, but I like firm mattresses. The room was adequately cleaned. I still used my sanitizing wipes and spray as a precaution.
The pet fee was high. $15 per dog per nite. Most places charge $10. The pillows were small and flat, and not enough of them.

No elevator. Every thing else was fine for a budget motel.

Easy check in and out. The shower had very good pressure and was nice and hot. The room could have been a little bit cooler.
