Loved the fact that I could get a hot meal at breakfast. The entire staff are so friendly, smiles on their faces, say hi and chat with you for a bit. Just like meeting an old friend on the street. The super clean rooms, dining area, front desk area. Beds were so comfortable. I had a great night sleep every night. Plenty of hot water for my showers. Plenty of closet and drawer space. I definitely will stay here when I come for a visit again.

Wish the rooms had a microwave in them. That is the only drawback .

I liked the checking in staff they. She was nice and responding my questions with. Nice smile!

I didn't like that i stayed there for 3 days and to ask for dry towels and shampoo. The lady who check me out in today had a moody face and was not nice. All I needed was my receipt. I didn't like the vibes. No eyes contact at all. Very poor to be at the front desk.

Had a disabled room it was perfect. Well decorated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent,hot and cold, lots of choices. Well maintained facility, hotel only 2yrs old.

Only complaint, no microwave in room.

Everything was clean and comfy! The staff were so nice all the time. Very accommodating. Beds were very comfy, room was great. We only had a shower in our room and I was really hoping for a big tub! There were snack and drink vending machines on our floor which was nice. Close to the city so we didn't have to drive far for food. And right next door to the Discovery Park! It was beautiful being able to swim and look at the lights from the park!

The pool is so rough on the bottom it made my son's feet bleed every time we swam. I had to make him wear socks so he wouldn't hurt as bad. The breakfast menu was very limited at the time because of Covid. It was disappointing. We couldn't find towels for the pool. Come to find out, you have to go to the front desk and ask for one every time.

The rooms was comfortable and nice. Very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast bar. Eggs was cold, the pork steak was disgusting. No microwave out to warm food up. Very disappointed especially with the price we payed to stay and had to go out and buy extra breakfast.

Front receptionist (Liz?) made checking in easy. The breakfast selection was good and the assistant was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was clean. Being located next door to the Discovery Park was a plus after a long day.

The loud slamming doors at 5:30 a.m.

It was very clean and quite.

We didn't get to eat breakfast. Breakfast hours started as we had to go out and ended prior to us getting back at 9:10. Would be nice if it lasted maybe another hour.

we were there for a race and needed to leave really early. they opened breakfast earlier for all of us which was so amazing

Great friendly atmosphere

The room I was in there was a loud noise like a generator that would come on for about 10 minutes and go off- I sleep with the tv on so it didn't bother me to much but it was a nuisance.

Everyone we can in contact with was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean, and has a nice pool area. They had a great breakfast each morning with plenty of options.
