Comfort Inn & Suites Balch Springs - SE Dallas

It’s a new building very modern. It was clean, for the most part. I clean for a living, I noticed little things here and there.. they need to do a better job vacuuming, wiping down counters, getting into the corners. the container to get ice had oil on it. Looked like they were in a hurry to clean the room. The staff was super friendly, amazing customer service. The breakfast was simple, but good.

My stay was Tuesday-Saturday. I ended up staying with my friend on Friday night. There was something going on, every night I was there. Party, cops, yelling in the other room. Who needs a TV 😂

I wasn't originally booked at this hotel. But this hotel saved me at my time of desperate need. And it was vlose to midnight. I had glew into DFW and booked a rental. Drove to another hotel elsewhere and upon arrival the hotel was a negative 0. The smell was awful,the feel creepy,the look unclean the staff. I literally was in tears. I wasn't there 10 minutes got a full refund. Called this hotel and was glad I did. 110% improvement. The staff was helpful courtesy at midnight mind you. Booked just the one night out of past experience fear. Next day booked the rest of my 4 days here. Excellent experience. Thank you

We're from Minnesota and my partner mentioned to me in the room that there was pictures of cotton. I didn't think twice about it but it bothered him to the point he wanted to switch rooms. The next day we checked out and rechecked back into a different room and again pictures of cotton fields,also in the bathroom more cotton. At this point after our last hotel experience I wasn't leaving. He covered them with towels until we left. Also we would walk through the hotel lobby and low and behold more cotton pictures. This really rubbed him the wrong way. He's from the south born and raised I'm from the midwest. I see and felt his point.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!! THE STAFF IS GREAT, THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, AND THE BREAKFAST DOESN'T DISAPPOINT. MY HUSBAND AND I STAY AT THE LOCATION WHENEVER WE'RE IN TOWN. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMFORT INN AND SUITES IN BALCH SPRINGS, TX TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GREAT HOTEL TO STAY IN .

Beautiful property - convenient parking

Our room a/c was off when we arrived causing the room to be very warm & it took quiet a while to cool down to our comfort level. We had requested in the reservation for the a/c to be set to 70 for our arrival

I liked everything about this property! Conveniently close to 175, pool, completely upgraded, great customer service, parking and across at Fox Fuels there is a restaurant inside where the Gorditas are phenomenal!

Quite and peaceful the rooms are clean and comfortable

Last stay our room was next to something very noisy like a generator or something the continued to run all day and night but it was just loud in the bathroom area

I love the friendly staff, clean big comfortable beds and rooms, as well as its location. It made it easy to come in and leave town!

The facility was very clean. The rooms are updated and modern. The guest staff is helpful and nice. Also, the free breakfast was tasty and included waffles, eggs, sandwiches, and a wide assortment of pastries.

The breakfast was good had all the breakfast things you will want. And location was good happy there was gas stations near by and close to downtown.
