SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Mesquite

I liked the location, it was close to big box stores and gas stations and quick marts and restaurants. The hotel room was good sized and the amenities added value. The breakfast was almost good enough to wake up early for.

Coming from Oregon our time difference made breakfast from 4am to 7am our time which felt too early to wake up for. They should have a more obvious sign at the entrance of the hotel, I just used the qwick car sign as point of reference.

once I got to my room it was clean but it was dead bugs on the floor. that was the only issue with the room area ever

My boys loved it. The coffee.

The towels and linens here aren't great. They rarely have face towels. Limited soap. The sofa bed is old and jammed. The desk chair is super squeaky and loud when on calls/meetings. The A/C had to be reset a few times before blowing cold air. I don't think there is A/C throughout the hotel like outside of the rooms.

I like the staff. They were very nice and professional.

Getting in the building and rooms using the key card was a challenge. When we tried to get back in the building or the rooms, the card most of the time didn’t work, it was inconsistent. The card stay active for so long, to where we had to keep getting them reactivated.

Checking out and in. The up and down scale of rates. I have seen a lot of repeat guests and there are no rate accommodations for those that are here for long extended periods of time. Also the holds that are put on your bank account and a mixup that occurred in my booking.

Great for a free continental breakfast. VERY CLEAN staff very nice. The location was good, quiet, and safe. The room was very big and even had a sitting area, as well as a fridge, and microwave. At a great value.

The BEDS, AND PILLOWS. they were very, uncomfortable very.

The spacious rooms. The shower pressure was amazing, just dont shower during busy times, like when housekeepers are washing, etc. Because not enough hot water to go around. This is the best welcoming staff I've seen in a long while

The property was wonderful !! I booked for a week because my grandson was in hospital with my daughter booked a week! They had to transfer my grandson without notice to Dallas children’s!! The hotel and staff where great and refunded the 4 days I had left on my reservation! This enabled me to book a room in Dallas!! Thank you Super 8!!!!!!

Room just a little bit small! Picture on website showed a couch( that was where my son had planned on sleeping!! Just change photons on booking!! Besides that was fantastic

My family and I have had to stay at this hotel as a home away from home for a month or so. The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating! This is a great location if you need a hotel. The only thing I wish is that they wouldn’t use soooo much bleach on their linens and wish they would be more strict on their no smoking policy. Besides that this is a great and most affordable hotel to stay at around the Mesquite/Sunnyvale area. We love the staff!! 😃

Everything about my stay was awesome the staff was extremely nice and professional. My microwave didn't work and they replaced it with a working one. Just great customer service.
