Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bay City, Texas

The employees were exceptional - friendly, professional, and very helpful with any issue we had. Breakfast was very diverse and fresh - had everything from nice individual cereals and milk to hot sausage and egg biscuits. The pool is just the right size, not too big to attract a huge crowd but not too small either.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities had everything we required for our stay. I guess one thing it's lacking is a restaurant/bar onsite, but I think *all* of the hotels in BC lack this, it's not just Fairfield.

Everything satisfied my needs and was a good sustaining breakfast Maybe if you could get a waffle maker it would be better but that's just a suggestion I enjoyed the breakfast

Kudos to your hostess Clara. I travel from Del Rio all across South Texas Uvlade, Hondo, Victoria, San Antonio, and I have never received the hospitality that I received at your hotel. Great selection at your breakfast buffet as well. My first visit to Bay City and she was so informative of restaurants, internet service the town in general. She made my trip an amazing experience. She greeted all who would walk in as though it was her home. Bravo Clara!

Lady running the breakfast was very pleasant.... kept all food, etc well stocked. Lady at front check in was a little cold. I asked for hot water for hot chocolate.... she took off over to it and checked it and said in a rushed manner that it was full of hot water And left me there.... she Might have shown me How To pour it as I had my cup ready with chocolate in it.

As crazy as it is the variety of breakfast topping choices, I have never been to a hotel that offered things like that so it was a nice touch.

The rooms were small, but the bathroom is very cute and spacious.

Customer service was excellent, I enjoyed their enthusiasm and the comfort the associates applied. We had breakfast and an enjoyable conversation with the chef, we were told the menu and showed where everything was. The room was superb, everything nice and neat. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and new. The staff were very friendly and informative. The price was outstanding! We come down to Bay City once maybe twice a year, this will be our regular place to stay. New hotel and very affordable.
