Quality Inn

Have stayed here several times, it serves the purpose. Decent bed and pillows, AC worked well, vending machine, and breakfast. Good hot water and shower.

The room had coffee in it , but no coffee pot. I asked the frone desk and was told, we ran out of those and have been trying to get some more! Wanted to say, I was planning to pay for the room, but I forgot my CC. ! Oh well, they did have coffee at the breakfast.

We didn't get to the breakfast area. Also, with Covid rules still in place, who knows what was offered. The hotel was clean. The clerk at check in was available as soon as we walked in (at 10:30 pm) and helpful. I chose this property because of the inside hallway that allowed access to the rooms, versus the outdoor entry for each room.

We were told at check in (at 10:30 pm) that breakfast ended at 9:00 am (on a Saturday). Of all the hotels I've stayed in, 9:00 has never been the time on weekends. We were not even in the hotel for 12 hours. An extra time for the option of breakfast would have been nice. The AC was set for a 70 degree temperature. It never reached that. The room was warmer than preferred.

The rooms are extremely large for a hotel. They have went in and pulled the carpet up in rooms and put down wood grain tile and replaced all the tubs. The rooms come with a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron and a hair dryer. Very quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast could have been better. They just had waffles, yogurt and muffins.

The breakfast was something I could have gotten at a convenience store. Packaged danish.

Ice machine couldn't keep up with all the construction workers taking it all. Pool was small and trash in large trash cans always full and smelly.

Oookkkk so it's a older super 8 but they've done very well maintianing it. We had no problems what so ever.. In some hotels you can hear doors open and close, people turning water on in next room etc. .. BUT not this one. We heard NOTHING all night long.. breakfast was slim but we travel alot and have found this to be the case in every hotel since the pandemic, so this is really to be expected. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Breakfast..

The overall cleanness of the lobby and cleanness of the room I slept in was excellent. Bathroom was also clean which is a big plus. Another great thing was having a decent size mini fridge in the room with microwave to use. Normally the fridge with freeze is too small but this was perfect. Bed was sleep-able. Was slightly noisy where my room was located by early a.m. before daylight hrs ( towards the stairs). Overall was a pleasant stay.

The exterior of the building in the front especially could use big time remodeling and updating. And the bedding could use a plain more modern look instead of retro pattern. Rooms could use better sound proofing especially by the stairs where large doors are at and heavier foot traffic is.

Clean and great price and friendly desk clerk.

Was on ground floor and could hear people walking and running upstairs. This went on til after 1am and started back up at 7am.

Spacious and comfortable, breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

Door was able to lock and deadbolt but security bar latch missing. Lights shorting out or not working wall switches that didn't do anything.

Location

After walking on floor barefooted , found the both of my feet very dirty when stepping into tub. As if the floors were not correct mopped !

We had a great weekend. Very clean and comfortable spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was near the entrance we needed to get in and near the elevator which was next to our room, making it easy for my husband not to have to walk to far.

Over all everything was great. Shower was lacking pressure.
