The property was clean and looked very nice and new. Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger and a Theater/bowling ally were right across the road.
It was terrible finding the driveway to the property! The traffic was a nightmare and there is only 1 entrance to the property. I wouldn’t even call it an actual driveway, it was more like an ally between 2 business to access the place. If you missed it (like we did the 1st time) you have to drive up the road and u-turn to come back and then I-turn to get on the correct side of the road. the turning lanes had raised stops so you couldn’t turn except where they deemed it ok. Definitely do your research before just driving in! Also the beds were very firm so I didn’t care for that.

The A/C unit needs cleaning, a little more cleaning in the tub corners (scum) and the carpets have only been vacuumed in main areas for quite some time….corners or along the walls were kinda gross.

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom area, comfortable bed and pillows, had fridge microwave iron ironing board tv lots of channels, Walmart across the street along with lots of gas stations and food places (most within 5 mins drive, some in walking distance). Easy to hop on and off Interstate

Brand new building, overall pretty nice and pretty clean. Good location close to i-10 freeway. Good value, I'm happy with what I got for what I paid.
1) Attendant programmed my key to the wrong room and I walked in on somebody 2) Attendant stayed on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited for him to correct the key issue 3) Hair in the tub drain 4) Only 1 entrance/exit to parking lot and it can be easy to miss, you will have to make 2 U-turns to get back to it

it was in a great spot , backed away from street near gas , food , stores . the locking system was nice I felt secure , again clean . service great when I arrived .
had to make that first turn in driveway, if you didn’t a couple of you turns . but all good.

THAT WAS NOT GOOD FIRST OF ALL & NO COFFEE FOR IN THE MORNING & THE TV KEEP COMING IN & OUT DON'T HAVE A GOOD CABLE COMPANY OR NO GOOD SIGNAL AND THE TOILET HANDLE NEEDS TO BE FIXED IT GETS STUCK SOMETIMES WATER JUST BE RUNNING ( THE WATER BILL MUST BE OUT OF THIS WORLD)!!!!

It's kind of hard to find. They have a small sign and it's tucked back behind a gas station and fast food restaurant.
