SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Baytown

The breakfast was pretty good. The kids enjoyed the cereal and fruit. The room was AMAZING. I love how the toilet is in a separate room from the big walk in shower and vanity. Will definitely make this my place to stay while visiting family in Baytown. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It was clean and enjoyable for the kids.

The only thing I can honestly think of is to have 2 options of gravy on the breakfast bar for the non meat eaters. 😁

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed.best night sleep in a long time. Front desk was able to get us a handicap room at check-in when I was told they were sold out when I made reservation.

I could hear everything even talking in room next door through connecting door. Door to hall never seemed closed because I could see so much light. Breakfast was ok, sausage was not cooked all the way and eggs were bland.

Everything was good! I’ve been to Baytown several times but never stayed. Had a lil staycation with the family and went to Pirates Bay Waterpark down the road.The entire staff was not nice! Beds were comfy and just enough space for my crew. Many food places around but didn’t have to worry about breakfast! My favorite part about any hotel is the waffles lol. Overall I’d stay again!

The only thing I didn’t like was the indoor pool was kinda chilly couldn’t really enjoy that with the kids.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson told us he wanted to go on "vacation" We packed up some stuff and took him on his vacation. He loved it. The beds were comfortable, the indoor pool was nice because it's cooler in the evening now. I love that there is a lounge. I come there sometimes even when I'm not a guest. It's less than 3 miles from my house. We just had a getaway. We will be back

Elevator is slow and could have been cleaner.

Pretty nice place. Love that could enjoy family time. Pretty comfortable regular beds. Overall a great experience. My kids loved it.

Main doorknob and fan light seemed very wobbly, but was offered to send someone to fix it, which was nice. Definitely needs a mattress upgrade on the kids bed, and maybe couch. It’s just small things I noticed. But I appreciate them reaching out the first day.

Misha was amazing and super helpful with check-in. Her service went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was great with a variety of options and went until 10am. Check-out wasn't until noon on Sunday which made me very happy to be able to rest a bit more before getting back on the road home.

Breakfast was very good. Waffles are top notch. Front desk staff was superb specially when we arrived at 3:00am . The restroom separate room from shower- GREAT . Restroom near pool - full size doors- Very good . Wonderful weekend 😁

The rooms are excellent and spacious. The breakfast was awesome, staff was sooo friendly.

We went on a busy weekend so it was a packed experience. The pool has an exterior door which outsiders would use and create havoc in the pool area so that was not fun at all because it was not private for hotel guests.

Absolutely everything one of the best hotels we’ve been to!! 10/10 recommended. The place was very clean beds were comfortable spacious rooms. Staff was very nice and attentive! will definitely stay again! Breakfast was very good lots of variety.

Everything. The pool and the fitness room were clean and convenient. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional.

The pool was closed on our second day because of broken ladder. Fortunately, we were able to go to the property next door to swim.
