Avid hotels - Beaumont, an IHG Hotel

Room was nice and clean, good amount of space. Parking was great, plenty of space to walk my pup outside. No complaints about wifi. Sound level was pretty okay, didn't hear too much from the door.

There was a little league team there and when I went for breakfast most of the food was consumed and hadn't been replenished. It would be good for them to stay on top of replenishing items if they have guest with large parties. I was there before breakfast time was over so I was surprised that even though everyone seemed to be almost finished eating, that many items were empty.

The room was clean and the bed was very nice and the TV was great with the size and channels and to add on the TV once your room is paid and you get into the room it tells you on the screen your name along with a good morning/afternoon message and checking out is on the TV as well and your receipt is on the TV screen which I thought was pretty cool, I got a king bed and the room is definitely good for only one or 2 people no more than that due to the size and they have breakfast if that's your thing but you're surrounded by so much as far as food goes and the movie theater and main event. Overall had a great stay and would stay there again, you can hear other doors closing and if someone stomping but it isn't anything ridiculously terrible unless you have those types of people there when you are LoL, it was mostly quiet all the time for my stay I loved and enjoyed the peace.

Not much I didn't like honestly, maybe the size of the room but I don't care for that type of stuff cause I don't need all that room but for some people that could maybe be an issue.

The location was very convenient. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

The breakfast was poorly maintained. Service was scheduled from 7a-10a. I arrived at about 0750a. There was only 1 sandwich available. I waited several minutes, but they were not replenished. There was a sizable group of patrons waiting, so I left and returned at about 0845a and waited until approximately 0915a. I saw no additional sandwiches being made available.

The hotel is very spacious and modern. Very quiet and clean. Rooms were beautiful shower was big. They have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. All you need is your toothpaste.

The one thing that I didn't like and it is not their fault due to a city wide drought was the water pressure. Also, the construction going on in the area made it a bit difficult to get to. Not too much.

The location is very convenient. The breakfast service was quite good even though we had to skip breakfast this time. The front counter staff was friendly and very helpful. The room lighting is unusually effective. Clean and comfortable with adequate toiletries, fresh towels, etc.

We killed a small roach in the bathroom. The room and the whole building was uncomfortably cool. In fact we had to use the heater for a short time to neutralize the temperature. Not a sound use of resources such as electricity.

Nice room, although on the small side, yet, it was clean and efficient. Like a European stay! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'l use this brand again.

Hot water dispenser in the lounge didn't work. The man in charge, did very little, and went back to what he was doing. Should have had a coffee maker/tea maker in the room. Only complaint.

Great staff. This place is in the modern low-frill european-style traveler's hotel category. not fancy but a newer building with modern rooms and fixtures etc. good breakfast and great value overall. Two miles away is great public park with golf course and bird sanctuary.

some road construction (temporary, not due to the hotel) makes it inconvenient to access from the freeway ramps.

I love the colors and the look of this place. It’s very nice and good location. The breakfast consisted of fruit, bagels/cream cheese, variety of muffins, cereal, oatmeal, etc…nothing hot like eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc, but what they did have was very good…coffee was amazing(fresh ground as it’s made). Allows pets and still was very clean. There’s also waste bins with the pet waste bags built in. Staff was amazing and considerate even the owner of the property was present and very, very cordial, understanding, and helpful. The same person owns the hotel the next parking lot over which doesn’t allow pets, but does have a laundry facility and is also very clean with super nice staff. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of 10 is because there’s no microwave in the room so you have to go down to the lobby if you need to heat anything, there’s no freezer on the mini fridge in the room and no laundry. Other than that it was amazing all around. There’s even charging ports for phones and such built into the tables and stuff which has both usb types…huge plus for me.

No microwave in room, no laundry facility. There’s nothing that would deter me from staying here again. I would definitely stay again and again.

Quite. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room. Coffee and microwave in lobby. I use the stairs and the stairwell in nicely done. This is very similar to a European hostel.

Couldn’t close the blinds. Shower curtain about 8” too short. High carb breakfast; no milk for cereal.

The room was clean and good supply of towels. The bed was comfortable.

The location was difficult to get to because of the exit closure and road construction. When we arrived at 3 PM the room with the king bed that we reserved was not ready yet so ended up in a double, the room was very small.
