Holiday Inn - Beaumont East-Medical Ctr Area, an IHG Hotel

Nevertheless after having a small conversation with the front desk clerk & being told my reservation had to br canceled due to no availability & the room size I requested was unavailable as well, I'm not sure how did she make it work but she then said to me well I can put you in a DOUBLE but not a KING, This was not until I was walking out of the hotel facility in disappointment that my reservation & room size was unavailable and that I could not check in

I received confirmation stating my room.waa booked & ready for check in but when I arrived the front desk clerk informed me that there was no room available & to cancel my reservation. I was also informed I booked a KING room & that was not available & pretty much if a room were available that I had to wait until the next day to check in & mind you I was visiting from out of town!

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff was nice. We had left the hotel and on there road for about an hour, when my son realized he had left a single AirPod behind. We called the hotel, while on the road, and David was very helpful. The staff looked for the AirPod and told us they could not find it, but they didn't stop there. We had been on the road for several hours and received a call saying they had found the AirPod. David gave us the email address to send the prepaid mailing label and we received a box with the AirPod. He was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful! :)

Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. We had everything we needed for a party of 5 adults. Which is not typically the case for a late night stop in a smaller town. Front desk clerk at late night check in was a blessing and made us feel welcome while she quickly handled all of our needs. I’m sad I don’t remember her name, but we were arriving exhausted. I hope she is there next time we visit.

I liked how clean the room was there was literally nothing out of place as far as the housekeeping goes... whoever cleaned that room was dedicated to the holiday inn..the price wasn't bad but the fact that I had to pay 150 for the room was crazy even though it was refunded and I feel that breakfast should be free no matter what age

My husband and I drive to Beaumont every month, since we found this hotel, it's the only place we stay. Exceptional service, clean rooms, and friendly staff

From time to time we have tried to use the restaurant but it was either closed due to cook called out, closed down early, or what knot. Only complaint.

I am huge on customer service & the service received from Jeremiah was beyond my husband & I's imagination. He was very polite and respectful. We returned a couple days later he remembered us by name and our preferences. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to the excellent customer service we received we decided this is our place to stay while in Beaumont from now on.

There is not much to choose from on the breakfast menu and the one thing that I would eat, they was out of.

Room was quiet. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Dove soap/lotion products were great. Way better than those off brand ones that irritate the skin.

Hallway smelled old and moldy.

quiet/clean and provided breakfast for those with a coupon . online it has complimentary breakfast but that was incorrect

my door would not like. it was like the door was installed incorrectly and once you turn the lock it did not connect. so I slept in my room unable to lock the bottom latch of my door. bathroom door also I leveled, it would not stay open. I had to hold it my foot.

The room was very nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.

We showed up a little late to the breakfast bar and the attendant was visibly upset and made it known that she was going out of her way to accommodate us. She said she'd get us something to make a to-go plate...really? It's a breakfast bar. Very rude in my opinion - there was plenty of food remaining at the breakfast bar. Then I observed the reason - some of the staff were making to-go plates of food and taking it to the office behind the front desk.

The bed was comfortable, it was very quiet, the property was new. The lobby was beautiful

Having to pay for breakfast and we paid 107 for one night. For that price I should have had room service. There was aspider in the sink in the bathroom, there was blonde hairbon our comforter, and house keeping left a dirty soiled rag on the counter top in the bathroom.
