Our trip to Tyler was derailed by weather damage. Our first night was in a terrible place, when internet was down an no booking engines were working. We moved back to Buffalo for night two so the three kids could swim and have a little fun. Hampton was clean, pleasant and relaxing. It was a stark contrast to our first night.
All good. My complaint is against Booking.com for not reserving the room I chose.

We liked everything. Super friendly staff. Extremely accommodating. We wound up with a king room instead of a 2 queen room which did not work for us since we have a 17 year old who is over six feet tall and an 8 year old so they didn’t fit on the sleeper sofa in the King room. I called the front desk and Jen found us a second room with queen beds right next to our room. This made us all sleep more comfortably and made our stay that much better. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

I prepaid for my room, a few hours After I checked out, the hotel charged my card again for $116.32? I called the front desk and they took it off. They said it was phone and internet charges. When I connected to the internet I used the free pathway and I never used the phone. I’m glad they said they were crediting back my card, but why did I have to make the call? Scam??? I think they don’t think people check as close as I do, but it I hadn’t checked it would have stayed on. Let’s see if my card gets credited back!!

Beautiful location, clean room and good home cooked meals at surrounding restaurants

Very enjoyable stay as this was a last minute booking due to the area being out of rooms and the previous hotel had bed bugs I was able to stay at Hampton and was able to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep and accommodations were exceptional will stay here next time we visit the area
