The bed was very comfortable and had tons of pillows-definite plus! There was plenty of room, the room was clean, and definitely met my needs!

I had to book 2 nights because I needed to check in before normal time. I understand why-next time I will call in the morning and see if anything is available for early check-in. The walls are a little thin, but most hotels have that issue so it's not that big of a deal.

King Bed was amazing so comfortable! And nice view of the hills and trees.(I forgot to take a pic of view) Staff was very nice. Love having a microwave and mini fridge with freezer in the room. Also liked free wifi.

Overall a good one night stay if I had to find a fault they were minor..wifi kept kicking me out...but there was a severe storm... coffee maker could be upgraded to use k cups..or have filters in room to use our own coffee flavors..there were 2 coffee packets that had its own filter which was efficient but would have liked the option to make our own.

The staff was short but worked very b well together I noticed wonderful loving warm attitude. I only knew it was short because I saw the same 4 staff in a couple days. Lol

The staff were supper nice and the rooms were real clean.

I had to leave at 5:30pm on Sunday and because it was after 12pm they wouldn't refund any of my money. They said because it was to late in the day and they couldn't rerent the room. Even though I had a family emergency. So I basically paid $204 for one night. That is the only thing that upset me. I know they couldn't do the whole price but they could have at least prorated it.

Due to Covid, we did not partake in the breakfast service.

I am not an anminal person and I was not aware that the hotel was pet friendly. My 2 yr. old, my 3 yr. old twin granddaughters and I were met in hall way by a pit bull and 2 german shephard dogs. Needless to say we were very slow about coming out of the room.

Did not eat breakfast.

The guest next door and the guest across the hall had dogs that barked a lot. That was the only problem I had was the dogs.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Information on booking.com app is incorrect regarding fees for pets. They will charge for having pets even though it says they don't.

convenient to our drive home

wasn’t impressed with the desk clerk hanging outside by a car with some guy. we we’re stopping over for the night and arrived around 10:00 pm. I felt it was not a professional appearance.

Staff was friendly and efficient. They were very helpful with what I needed.

Can't think of anything. Everything I needed was there.

Morning staff, the lady at the counter to complete the check out, didn’t even said good morning! I thought she was talking to me and when I ask her she said no I’m talking to my dog . She didn’t have a mask on and she was coughing really disrespectful!
