Best Western Inn of Del Rio

Prefer hotels that do not have outside entrances to each room. However, this felt safe, was very clean, bedding & furnishings were very nice, staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent.

We stayed 1 night , at Best Western Del Rio . We booked a room with 2 queen beds . The room is really big . The front desk staff are really nice and professional . Beds are so comfortable, slept really good . Breakfast was so delicious , I had a huge waffle . They offer a great selection of breakfast items . Definitely recommend this property! Forgot to mention they are affordable!

The location was convenient. The parking lot was safe and private for my truck. The room was clean and quiet: no outside noise. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And best of all: no mask restrictions at the lobby. That's 5 stars for hospitality.

My room, which had 2 beds, only had 1 chair. The faucet's water pressure was too low. The shower had a slow drain. My room was 113.

The staff was excellent, especially Cristina she help me whit the booking when I arrived. The only thing that I didn't like . I did the booking online and I received the confirmation the total price was $182.38 w/TAX. When I checked out the total price was $209.30 w/TAX. The difference is $26.92 more. The property was close to where I was working, so the location was great. The rooms are all updated and remodeled.

The rooms are very large and roomy. I felt safe in the well lighted parking lot.

The room was clean and the check in and out were great. The location was good for our trip plans on the Veterans Blvd. in the business area. The bed was comforable and the TV worked well.

The Location did not really permit us to exercise outside. The traffic on Veterans Blvd. was intense and the blocks behind the hotel did not have sidewalks.

The night, daytime & housekeeping staff were all amazing with great customer service skills!! It made the stay better!

The pool wasn't available due to cleaning but that's it.

It was refreshing to have a good hot breakfast again. The breakfast disribution was well-handled.

This is an older property, with room doors to the outside instead of an interior hallway. Hint: Try to get an east-facing room, on the swimming pool side, if you can. In the summer, the sum makes the west-facing rooms almost unbearable. The staff has put me in east-facing rooms every time I've stayed there, and it's been great.
