....EXTREMELY SPARTAN!!! .. ..NOTHING IN BATHROOM EXCEPT ONE TINY BAR OF SOAP AND BATH TOWELS. RUGS are OLD AND Dirty LOOKING, FRAYED AND LOOSE EDGES IN ALL PUBLIC ROOMS and BEDROOM ....ALL PAINTED AREAS WERE OLD FADED AND AGED LOOKING. ....NO BATH ROBES NO SHAMPOOS, LOTION,, SHOWER SUPPLIES, ETC. ... It reminded us of the lesser / lower quality Choice hotel chains, absolutely no feelings that were rin a HYETT quality hotel.. ....

Loved the breakfast,only bad thing was had to wait to get some food due to it being so many guess.. not a big deal just wanted to mention .. I loved the hotel ,the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of lobby ,& hallways how the carpets look so clean ,usually you go to a hotel and their always some issues with carpet smell or common area dirty.. our room blew us away because it was so clean ,we felt very comfortable our 2 night stay.. the staff was great.. Front desk was a little overwhelmed,but not rude just overwhelmed with calls and guest checking in..housekeepers were very nice , they did not have to service our room ,however every time I ask for a extra bag or towel they were very polite ..To be honest the cleanliness of hotel won us over ,every time we are in town this is we’re we will be staying..

Only thing that could of made it better ,if we stayed a extra night. :)

Everything was exceptional, as always. This is our "go to" place when flying int o DFW. Our shuttle driver Keith is like an old friend. He absolutely makes our mornings happy happy happy! The atmosphere among the staff is really great, so nice to hear them laughing and all communicating not only with the guests but each other as well. Thank you all so very much for always making our stays hassle free!

Wow, what's not to like. I can't think of one sentence to write that would be negative in any way. So just to fill the space I will say again that everything was great.

The best thing was the whole staff. Every single person in that hotel was kind, helpful, kid tolerant, and genuinely nice! I think definitely the best asset of this hotel is their people. It was my first time at Dallas airport and got a bit lost, when I phoned to ask about the airport-hotel transport, the receptionist stayed with me on the phone until I was on the right spot for them to picked us up. From my whole journey, I was extremely tired, but I felt since the moment that I called them until the last instant when they dropped us, they took good care of us. Every single person there.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome by Helen and the team. The hotel was well located between Dallas and Fortworth and very close to DFW Airport. We had a meal and a drink every night to unwind in the downstairs bar area and I cannot speak highly of the service. Bonus free parking and shuttle to the airport. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. We will return to Dallas and will definitely stay at Hyatt Place DFW again and looking forward to seeing the wonderful Helen and team.

I cannot say anything negative? This property met all our expectations.

The property was clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff with a very good breakfast as well.

The king suit includes a kitchen with small fridge but no cutlery only two cups and glasses. Very small gym with some equipment not working. Location a bit far from well known restaurants and attractions. Swimming pool’s water has harsh chemicals that burns eyes with even a drop of water making contact.

the one thing is my concerned is that I order a food. but not totally thaw.. then bake right away! my food is not fully cooked inside. but when I spoke to the server who is that night. she is very nice and polite she accept my food to return and I other different one. but they didn’t add to my bill! which is I appreciate a lot. that’s the only my main concern.. hopefully next time.. if someone order a food in the restaurant make sure the customer satisfied with the food!

I stayed overnight on a flight layover that put me into DFW at midnight. I took an Uber ($18) to the hotel because the shuttle service ends at 10 pm. They were very efficient at checking me in, and my room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I like the extra couch in the room for relaxing not on the bed, and the bathroom is large, with a frosted glass door, storage room, and a large tiled shower which was SO welcome. Basic shampoo conditioner and soaps were available, plus a hairdryer and a wealth of thick towels. Bedding was crisp and comfortable and the window had both light blocking blinds and blinds that the person in the room could see through to the outside. Elevators are fast and quiet and the hotel appears to be fairly new. The breakfast area is spacious, very nicely decorated, with a Starbucks coffee bar if you want a cappucino or latte (extra cost). Otherwise, the breakfast was a nice selection of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, with a fresh fruit medley, or apples, bananas and oranges. There were pre-packaged muffins, bagels and bread and several toasters. Coffee, juice, milk, oatmeal and yogurt and fixings, plus hard boiled eggs. Real tableware and plates/cups/bowls was very nice too. There was no loud music or tv, which I really appreciated! The vans to the airport were timely, personnel helpful and cheerful and it was well organized. I will most likely be back there in the future, as DFW is a frequent airport for me. I can recommend this hotel without any misgivings.

Maybe small lotions in the rooms? I was travelling light and that was one thing I didn't have.

Breakfast was fine. I did not expect anything gourmet, so it met my expectations. One thing I did like is how fresh the fruits were. I liked the room. The look was elegant contemporary, and very clean. By the way, you have a very good crew. Very welcoming, hospitable and friendly. It was nice to have someone to chat with while having lunch/dinner. Nice people.

Wifi was terrible, sorry. I just could not get a good connection. Plus I felt I should not have to pay extra for a decent connection. It's standard in any hotel I have been in, and it feels like I am being ripped off, being charged for what's usually standard.

The staff was amazing for check in, check out, and restaurant. Made our quick stay great. Keith was our shuttle driver and he was amazing. Very friendly and went the extra step to get us right where we needed to go with the fewest steps carrying our heavy luggage into airport. He was over the top friendly with conversation and helped us load up and get on our way. Thank you kith and the rest of the welcoming staff!

Breakfast could have had some more options or at least gluten free options.
