Hawthorn Suites Irving DFW South

The close location to Irving mall and many other stores made it great for shopping. I loved having the kitchen facilities and the hotel essentially shares a parking lot with a Target so you can easily pick up supplies. Super convenient to have the free airport shuttle which was prompt and professional. The staff were kind enough to allow us early check in and the stay was quiet and comfortable

Coming all the way from NY, the guy at the front desk J, is AMAZING !! Super sweet and helpful. The rooms? Exceptional. I was amazed by the spacious clean room. The bed was soo comfortable, four pillows. I had an microwave, stove, silverware, plates, TV, dishwasher etc literally everything. The room was beyond clean. The breakfast options were amazing. The quality and service is giving 4 star. Thank you so much J next time I visit I’ll definitely come back here, no questions.

The location, cleanliness and breakfast was great. We stayed in the handicap friendly room and it was just perfect...enough room for a walker.

Understandably there was no counters in the bathroom to make room for wheelchair etc but SOME type of counter space is needed for toiletries BECAUSE it IS for handicap.

The place was very clean and the location was close to everything as well as the airport. The person at the front desk was very nice and very polite. The hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

There was a couple sitting outside that looked as is they were homeless that should have been made to be removed from the property, but they were not bothering anyone, so that made a difference. I am not sure if the hotel personnel knew that they were there.

The location was awesome. There is a shopping center and a Target right next door. Check in was smooth as well.

The room needs to be updated.

I would have like to have my dogs with me and this place does not allow that. I will not stay again, but really liked it. Will take me and my dogs somewhere else.

The entire suite was outstanding and very clean! I would definitely come back for a stay. I enjoy the silverware and shiny amenities, iron board and blow dryer. This motel is an awesome 5star all the way.

I requested for another night and told no availability. That was the only bad thing I had experienced.

We stay 4 nights and I loved that it has everything in just one room. Staff was so friendly at all times place is quiet and it’s just minutes away from shopping center we went walking to the mall ... they cleaned out room every day

I just didn’t like the stove it took us about two hours to cook a meal for a family of four ...

It was close to the highway but not too close. The location of it was very convenient.

There wasn’t a pool but it wasn’t too bad not having one.

Great location had just abt all types of stores for shopping & eating within a few mins.

Walks are thin heard to much noise from other rooms & hallways could use some deodorizer had a damp kinda smell.
