Staff's attentive, sincere nature. When something didn't work appropriately the staff didn't hesitate to resolve just replaced coffee pot not offering any excuse. Or accusation.
The location is in the older part of the city but we never had an issue accessing any part of town. Staff was very friendly, and we felt like family. Room was clean and it supplied a mini fridge microwave coffee pot to name a few. The staff made us feel comfortable even with a pet. Will book again.

We had a nice stay. Only thing was the train kept me up. Couldn’t go back to sleep.

I enjoy my stay very much. The staff was very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and nice.
I really didn’t have any problems other than my toilet not working in my room but they came in and fixed it for me when I asked them politely to do so.
