Quality Inn Kingsville Hwy 77

The facility seemed to be currently going through an update as well as somethings completed with regard to update. Nice amenities; but simple. Newer flooring; planked vinyl but there were gaps in the ends of the installation that would allow for dirt to collect. The base boards matched the flooring but again, poorly installed and installed with very large end gaps. The tub was very slippery. Cleaning wise there was a finger nail (fake) on the floor when we arrived. Towels were clean as well as the bedding. The bathroom stool was extremely low with regard to its height and difficult to negotiate for a man with arthritis and challenged knees. But overall, it was what I expected and I did appreciate the personnel that were there at the desk and facilitating the cleaning process during our two night stay.

I traveled to two jobsites and this Hotelwas in the perfect location for both,i had parts delivered and was notified as soon as they arrived by the Hotel staff ;they know how to take care of customers,i will be using this Hotel when im in that area

Location, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They made check in very easy. I had been there before and checking was LONG and they had given my room away but the new owners are doing a good job and the fish tank was a plus the gentleman even took time to show us what find of fish were in the tank and educated us on them. My kids go to the University that’s located in Kingsville and I will keep staying at the Quality Inn every time I go for a visit.

The location was easy to get to after I realized that the Waze was off, which was putting the hotel on the other side of Hwy 77. We liked the bedding especially. We requested on the first floor, since my husband and I are elderly and handicapped and we received a prime room right off the door from the parking lot.

We couldn't figure the TV remote and wished we had had instructions or have the desk set it up for us.

Breakfast was good. The location was great and easy to find.

The hotel was great and staff were wonderful. There is not much to say of what I didn’t like. Room was great.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. It was overall a good stay.

My key card demagnetized twice. The first time I had to go to the lobby to get it replaced, which they did quickly and kindly. The second time was right as I was leaving. Also, the breakfast was not very good, but I blame that on Covid.

Shower head was NOT good at all. It did not spray good no matter what setting it was on. It needs to be replaced.

Staff friendly, room was clean, bed comfy

An old motel that needs some TLC, but it seems the staff is trying.

I'm sorry I didn't get breakfast at the hotel. I went to McDonald's for breakfast.

There was a discrepancy on the bill. Travelocity quoted me one price but the hotel staff said it was not honored and charged me a different price.

I loved the remodeling they did on the hotel. Looks great! Upgraded floors in rooms and lobby. Furniture looked very new and upgraded as well!

No breakfast due to COVID.. it’s understandable.
