Pet Friendly! Great breakfast. Easy off, easy on to I37 either way. Couple of gas stations close by along with a number of restaurants for a quick meal. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Huge bath towels. Lots of parking even for vehicles pulling a trailer. Big rolling carts for bringing items up to your room. Nice exercise room. Beverage dispensers and ice machine on the first floor.

Only thing I could complain about was the water damage on the ceiling on. I reported the damage to the Management team who stated they would have the maintenance team repair the problem.

Room was cleaned well. Comfy bed and pillows. Good sun blocking curtains. Good toilet and walk-in shower. Cold A/C.

Minor issues: Room smelled like mildew if a/c was not running. Mildew towards top of the window curtains. The front door of room creaked really loudly, needs oil. It also sounded like vacuuming was happening at very odd hours, but it did not disturb sleep. Need to shave the bathroom door slightly to accommodate the countertop.

We appreciated the early check in, due to being in town for my daughter's Dad's funeral. We were able to make it to the service on time after freshening up in our room. That meant so very much to us. The continental breakfast prepared us for our long trip home. Very much appreciated. There was a minor issue, but your manager believed in us and everything was taken care of and handled in a courteous and professional manner. We will definitely stay when we travel back in the coming months. Again, thanks so much. Room 121 and 116.

The only negative remark would be that the bathtub had a color stain on the outside and the toilet made a loud shrill sound with each flush, but all in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

Quiet room, requested first floor received what I requested, clean room overall.

Bathroom did have some issues with tile, slow draining and mold/mildew in shower. Upon checking out the security doors wouldn’t allow me back into building but could get into room. Kind of a pain to walk around while I was packing up my stuff to checkout.

Although you were listed as a pet friendly facility, I was informed upon arrival that you were not, but the staff accommodated me and I appreciated that. The location was great for the wedding venue I came for.

The room was clean, comfortable. The staff friendly, accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

No towel racks in bathroom. Small TV far from bed for us older folks with poor eyesight! LOL!

Very nice, clean spacious rooms. Comfy beds.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and elevator was broken when we were checking out. My 84 year old mother and I had to use the stairs to get to the lobby. Thank God my mom is mobile if not I don’t know how I would’ve gotten her down the stairs No breakfast served which was a downfall.

It was a lovely room. We were able to travel with our small dog. The price of $85 was amazing for what we received.

Guest left doors ajar by placing stones between door and door frame.
