Americas Best Value Inn Ozona

The location was convenient. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I’m very happy that it wasn’t a problem checking in at midnight since we had been driving and were very tired. The room was quiet so we got the rest we needed to continue on our trip the next morning.

Breakfast was very limited. Also, didn’t know where to leave my key card in the morning since there was no one to check us out or a box to leave it in. I ended up leaving it in the room.

This is a classic motel. Room was clean and had enough space for us as a couple. Bathroom and especially the shower were nicely remodeled. Breakfast was simple - 2 cereals, packaged pastries, milk and 4 juice choices. The eating area is small - we took ours back to the room. You can park right outside your room. The price was also attractive.

While it may not be the place most people think of to stop by in as it´s still pretty far from any major Texas city, this hotel makes a great pit stop for those road tripping between El Paso and San Antonio as it´s almost smack dab in the middle of those two major TX cities. The property, rooms, and facilities were very well kept, clean, and a little kitschy (mostly the office) but it a charming small-town Texan kind of way. If you need a place to stay on the long drive through the biggest state on the continental U.S. one could do much worse than here! May even make a good base for exploring Ozuna and other nearby small Texan towns too but I haven´t done it myself.

It was maybe just a little more expensive than I´d like it to be but it basically made my cut-off point for a one night stay in small town U.S.A. hotel prices. I´m certainly splitting hairs here though.

We have stayed here at least 3 times in the past year. We're impressed with how clean and well-maintained the rooms are and with the friendly staff.

The only issue we've had with each stay regards temperature. In the winter, we like sleeping with more than just a sheet and a very thin top layer, which is all that has ever been available in these rooms, and there aren't any additional sheets or blankets to use. When there just recently, the air conditioner did not function properly, which seemed to be a known issue as there was a note on it saying not to turn it below 66. When on 66, I'd say the room was still in the upper 70s at least. We come through Ozona frequently and would like to stay here again, but if these issues aren't addressed we will probably stay elsewhere.

It was a very nice place to stay. It looked like they were taking very good care of the property. It was kind of cold in there but the heater warmed it right up. There was even a heater in the bathroom. That was really nice.

The pillows were a little stiff. The shower was a little small. I was able to maneuver the shower head so it worked out alright. The shower looked very clean though.

Room , clean & great AC...ice machine ,not to far from my room...TV...& Shower was great..enough , towels...good job!!!

It was clean, bed was to hard & pillows hurt my neck , afterwards...I couldn't sleep, Well..cleaness & owners were nice ppl & breakfast served was excellent....just bed to hard sleep on , need more cushion...& Change pillows more good supporting ur neck..it sink in ur head..than,ur neck get stiff..unable to sleep right...other than these issues... Clean and quite. Friendly staff. Small room but enough for a nights stay. It seemed to be freshly remodeled. Room smelled fresh and clean as well as restroom. Small pickings for breakfast but enough to get your day started.

A big blanket would have been nice. It was cold and we only had a bed sheet and thin comforter.

It was a very clean small room, the bed was pretty comfortable and we sleep well within it. Staff was nice too.

Great place! We loved the free ice machine; it saved us on such a hot summer trip! The location was convenient and safe. Would definitely stay here again!
