The staff was extremely thoughtful, courteous, and respectful. I had some issues with not being notified the pool was not working but they went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. I could not of asked for a better stay. The front desk even gave my son water after playing in 110 degree weather for baseball as soon as I arrived back to the property. They were mindful of what my family was going through and thought of ways to help even when not asked

How clean & friendly the staff was. It wasn’t too noisy & everyone was respectful & helpful when needed. Even the guests weren’t too loud or unfriendly.
It took a bit to accommodate to changing my dates to add one more night and going back & forth between booking.com and the hotel, however that could just be since I booked through the app. other than that the property was wonderful.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff were amazing. Michelle (Front Desk) and Shannon McCulloch (Assistant General Manager) went above and beyond to help us resolve a reservation problem. These days it is rare to see the professionalism and commitment to customer service demonstrated by these two individuals. Will definitely be staying at Hampton Inns more in the future.

Clean, friendly. Breakfast was a bit skimpy.
The soap dispensers in the showers are a nuisance compared to a bar of soap. The dispenser is difficult to depress, it was under the shower head, so much of the soap was washed off my washcloth before use.The containers are mounted too high

I was at another hotel which was not the hotel I thought it was. So I called and booked at the Hampton again in Alexus made sure that I got everything I needed and I had to check in early and she was able to accommodate me. She is a very friendly and helpful individual and a joy to speak with.
You need to advertise that there is no more free breakfast at least hot breakfast anymore. I did not know that you gave out sausage and biscuit muffins which were by the way very good.

The facility was clean. All the lights and outlets worked, as did the refrigerator and microwave.
There were a couple of broken floor tiles in the bathroom that hurt to step on. None of the staff wore masks.

This hotel is one of my favorites to stay at while I’m in town. It’s always clean and the beds are always comfortable. They have reopened the breakfast which is very good as well and staff is nice.
Could use some fresh paint and tlc.

It was easy to locate and not too far from the Casino.
It needs to be upgraded. My original room had chips in the wall and just wasn’t that appealing. I requested another room and it was great!
