La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Paris

This place was everything you would hope for after a long day of travel. When you walk in, everyone is super helpful and chill. The facility was very clean and inviting. Our room was very spacious, had ample additional seating to accommodate the weary traveler. The fridge and microwave were of excellent quality. The TV was superb. The bathroom was spotless. The doorways and light switches were clean and free of smudges (a must with COVID considerations)! It was inviting and relaxing and dispelled any worries, thanks to it being so clean. The view of the sunset from the third floor was spectacular!

Well, the pillows were like a rock! lol. I tried pounding them into shape, but they felt like I had a piece of mattress inside of the pillowcase. I think switching out the style of pillow would really help this wonderful stay become even more comfy!

Clean Hotel and rooms. Friendly,helpful staff service with a smile. Clean, quiet, and well equipped rooms and the accommodations were amazing. We were comfortable and planning on a return trip. Thanks for everything. Great breakfast and lots of choices.

very nice! room was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor, the shower had plenty hot water, the towels nice and fluffy, breakfast was very good and common area clean and neat.

there was a ceiling light in the bathroom that we never could figure out how to turn on, so the only light was on the wall to the left which made applying make-up difficult.

Eric, the evening front desk employee was great. Efficient, interested in the person, good on phone calls. He made a difference compared to other front desk folks before and after my Paris stay. The breakfast was a nice surprise, full offering including hot, made, oatmeal. Not packet oatmeal. Friendly and efficient server.

That it was a bit lower quality than Dumas TX property and charged a $20 pet fee. Must be Wyndham taking over. Won’t be as loyal in future as a result. The bed is getting old.

The bed was most comfortable. The evening check-in was great and the manager on duty (I think Eric) was very friendly and engaging. Check-out was also great.

We got to breakfast a little bit before it was supposed to close. Most everything had already been put away/cleaned. We were able to get some eggs and potatoes and some cereal. The waffle makers had already been turned off and cleaned. I debated on turning one on and cooking a waffle but didn’t want the staff to have to clean it again. There was a unit to hold dairy items that the temperature wasn’t at recommended settings. It should be below 42 and was showing 46.

Loved the location; the staff; and the ease of navigating areas in the hotel.

carpets in hallways, and bathroom showing a little wear and tear; but clean. Cost of room could have been 10-15 dollars less for a better value.

The front desk employee was very nice. Room was clean. And it was quiet.

The only complaint i have is even with the air on it did not cool our room down much at all. I spend the night sweating and uncomfortable. But nothing to keep me from staying again if need be.

Property was clean outside ,the entrance was beautiful and clean

Going towards the rooms the paint was peeling off , our room had a very musky smell , and the shower chair was so bent to where I was afraid to shower using it . I am disabled . The pool was open but the jacuzzi had been taped off with the tape wrapped around 4 bricks . It was not safe as there were 4 kids playing in the pool .

They didn’t have the room we booked, and the sweetest staff member jumped through hoops to get us in a different room even though her computer system was not working right.

Location directions from desk clerk were very vague. Too fast, too much left out ~ we were lost; being so close, experience was extremely frustrating. That, at the end of a long drive, colored our experience negatively. GwRoberts & wife.
