The hotel was much more than I was expecting. I chose it because of location, as it was close to everything that I wanted to visit. The front desk customer service was excellent, they were very kind and friendly. They explained where to find every thing and what was close to the hotel in the event we needed something that they couldn't provide. The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and I slept very well with the blackout shades! The breakfast was great, too! The lady that prepared our breakfast for us was very friendly and was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint was the shower. The water pressure was low, and the showerhead itself didn't work very well. There was very little water that did come out of the showerhead when we used it, so it took us longer to shower.

We booked there because it was only a ten minute drive from our daughter's home. The bonus was that it was near the Tanger Outlets and had several restaurants and a Buc-ee's nearby.

We had a noisy neighbor. We managed to get to sleep finally and the neighbor was gone the next day.

Breakfast was good considering the safety precautions the hotel takes. I missed the self serve buffet but the staff was extremely accommodating and the coffee was very good. Room has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator which is nice for groups. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning does its job well. We like a cold room when sleeping and that’s not always an option at other properties. If staying because of an event at TMS the location is perfect.

I only had one minor complaint. There was only 1 set of towels when our family of 4 checked in so I had to go back downstairs to get more before we could shower.

Breakfast was great! Rooms and showers clean, heat and air worked great and location perfect, walk to restaurant or gas station, parking was well lit up, was quiet, no problems that I could find, will definitely stay there again

We really liked Stacey who was so friendly and accommodating. We had been traveling for 10 hours and didn't have many snacks with us. We were happy to stay where there was water & electric. Stacey even found some cheese for our crackers! :)

The guest next to us suddenly started to play loud drum/rap music around 11:42pm....front desk took care of it. I am just disappointed in the fact that other guests have no regard to those sleeping.

I loved staying here. The entire hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The rooms are fantastic, as are the amenities. I was here with my 6 month old son for 5 days and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this place!

Spacious room and bed with plenty of space to not be in each other's way. Was close to rhe event we here in town for.

Doors made a loud noise when shut

Property is beautiful, new and in a safe location. Conveniently located near a mall and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room surpasses our expectations with design, amenities and size. We will definitely be staying here again. Also appreciated the hotel being pet friendly.
