Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek, an IHG Hotel

The staff, this is including housekeeping, was very friendly. Front desk, every single person was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room was a king with so much space. No smoke smells, crisp and clean linens, clean microwave and Kuerig machine, bathroom was spotless with all DOVE PRODUCTS. SOAP SHAMPOO CONDITIONER LOTION.... very nice touch. Great breakfast in the morning, as well. I stayed for 6 days for family funeral. My stay here made it much more enjoyable despite the circumstances. I am definitely going to stay when I come back for ANY reason. Thank you HOLIDAY INN for a very pleasant experience 😊

What's not to like? Perfection made by ALL who work here. Great management. 👍

Very clean room, and overall facility, campus all well maintained. Nice! The breakfast was on time, hot and a very nicely laid out. Everything was easy to find, clean and organized for breakfast. Well done.

Staff behind the counter never looked up from reading her book. Not a big deal, but hmmm... she is working and might say "hello" to guests. They were helpful when asked and always polite. Thanks.

the indoor pool showed to have a hot tub in the pictures online, it is why we chose this location but there was not one on site. Warner blankets would be nice as the rooms get cold. - this is by no means a complaint but only a suggestion. the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Genuine and friendly staff. They were willing to help me and never made me feel uncomfortable about a mishap that I created. Laundry room actually worked. I've stayed at many places over the year and I always get to a hotel that has broken appliances leaving me with a pile of dirty clothes to go home with.

The breakfast could've used a little more variety of food but overall it was good The rooms were super clean and comfy

I was pretty satisfied with our stay. Towards our last day someone came in the hotel Smelling like weed and stunk up the hallway but our stay was great.

Our stay was most enjoyable, the staff was very nice and helpful. The desk clerk was very friendly, and breakfast was great, with lots of options.

I didn't like that there was no security guard on the premises, maybe the front doors to the lobby should be locked at certain hours to ensure safety precautions.

Very good breakfast, and the location was good as well. I liked the room size and the toiletries. Also I loved having access to a workout room.

I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working on my phone in my room, the message came up that there was no record of my name or room.

Cleanliness , customer service was excellent, greeted you with a warm smile and answered any questions I had. Room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, didn't smell. Beds were so comfortable.

Swimming pool temperature was very cold

There is a lot of construction going on around here but my room was very quiet & comfortable lots of restaurants & shopping within walking distance. It was clean staff were very polite. I also felt safe here & thats important!!

My only complaint would be I have a dog & I am a responsible poo picker upper but unfortunately lots of folks that have stayed here are not picking up their dogs droppings which makes it like a a mine field to navigate to let my dog do his business so maybe some one should walk the property unfortunately & pick up what others have left 🤔 other than that great stay!!

The spacious room and the wonderful breakfast, plus the quietness of the room, heard no other guests or hotel disturbances

It was a short trip, wish we had a reason to stay longer maybe another time
