The front desk associate was very nice. He even recommended a good restaurant in the area to eat a late lunch at while we waited for our room to be ready. The hotel lobby was awesome! Nice bar area and the fire pit outside looked amazing. The King Suite was the best! We had a separate bedroom and living room, each with a tv and a/c controls. The sliding glass door off the living room led out to a seating area with a fire pit that looked so inviting.

I am not sure if this is something to complain about, but the bed was super soft. My husband and I sank deep and couldn't move without disturbing the each other or bumping into each other. Some people might like that, but wasn't great for us. The location was a little strange, behind a funeral home and an empty parking.

the property can definitely maybe look like you booked the wrong thing when you’re pulling up and look at the outside but then when you’re inside, you realize everything looks basically new and clean. very nice and impressed with how clean it was. I was in town because my mom is at the university hospital. The man at the front desk let me have a late checkout till 2pm because I expressed I just needed a little time while they ran some more tests on my mom. I really appreciated that.

Room was very nice and having larger shampoo and soap bottles was nice.

The bed was too soft, the fold out bed in the couch was more comfortable.

Had an excellent visit. Phillip at the front desk helped me in a way that he would not believe. We were there due to an emergency and he went over and beyond to help me by allowing me to do an online interview I already scheduled in a conference room that I was afraid I would not have a place to do bc of our change of plans. Thank you!!!

We were going to the medical center, so it was the perfect location for that. Also, it is well off the busy main road and secluded. The room had a really great fragrance. The hallways were well lit and the carpet looked relatively new and had good cushioning underneath it. Shower was really nice and had pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash in it.

One of the reasons we chose this property was because it had Starbucks coffee. However, we had to leave before the Bistro was open. I think 7am is late for travelers who need to get up and go in the morning. We had to drive to a Starbucks off-site for coffee. The mattress was a little soft and it caused us to roll into one another. The walls were not very sound-proof. We could hear people talking and the televisions on both sides of our room. Lastly, we were only given one wash cloth for the two of us.

We have stayed in this particular hotel before. We like the staff, location and how clean the property is.

We didn't like that our truck got broken in to. The parking could lite a bit brighter and there could be a security guard on the premises. The beds and pillows cod also be a bit more comfortable for the price and hotels reputable name.

Location is hidden which is great there was enough parking staff told me exactly where the elevator was which was nice

Staff was awkwardly followed us to the car and watched us instead of just asking right away if we needed help with our things A better way to offer your assistants is with a smile and right away We were uneasy thinking something was going on but he just handled it awkwardly

The first person I met when I entered, was pleasant. The room was cool and smelled okay. The room was clean and looked crisp. The bed looked cool and comfy The TV was nice. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Clean restroom Nice shower. Nice washcloths and towels. Very comfortable bed! Nice sheers and curtains/drapes. Nice balcony. The hotel was located near the hospital, which was the reason for my visit. A police vehicle was positioned out front when I arrived. That made me feel safe. I didn't see the police vehicle ever again during my visit. It was quiet most of the time. Overall, I had a good stay. Thank you.

Getting into the hotel was difficult. There was a flimsy, broken box that instructed you to slide your card (or something like that). I tried on the box that said to slide card. I opened the metal/aluminum hinged box and tried to find a place to slide my card. There were two discarded key cards inside the metal box. Someone inside the door of the hotel saw me struggling and opened the door and let me in. Later, I realized I had to move my key over the right spot to unlock the door. The door was quite hard for me to open. Once inside the hotel, it was rather warm. It wasn't the welcome I liked. The carpet looked old and didn't really look clean. The water was turned off for three hours in the middle of the day. Inconvenient for me.

Entire aspect of our stay was phenomenal! The location, overall hotel cleanliness, comfort of the bed, quality of our breakfast meal, fitness center and friendly staff made our visit one to remember! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staff was very friendly and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Our room was a great size and the updates were very nice.

Lots of unfinished construction around the property, especially by the small road which is the only way in and out of the grounds.
